Bonus Paying Correctly

Recently when playing a particular slot I hit a bonus round and according to the slot information, hitting 3 scatters again in the bonus round should retrigger the bonus.

This is definately the case as when playing it previously exactly that has happened and the bonus retriggered correctly.

Playing it a while back I thought this had happened and not retriggered but it continued spinning so quickly that I couldn't be sure (was 99% sure but hadn't had chance to record the game number etc)

Now, on this occasion - the scatters definately didn't retrigger and just carried on the bonus as usual.

This isn't a huge complaint but just wondering what people would / have done in this situation (no idea if it has occured before)

I have a screenshot of the game number played, but basically wondering if its worth reporting to the casino/slot provider?

The graphics are just eye candy and if a re-trigger was part of the feature It would have paid correctly/awarded the extra spins.

Unfortunately it is more likely to be server or PC lag as I have experienced this numerous times, frustrating to say the least.

On the other hand games do malfunction from time to time, name of game, casino and screen shot may help, Playtech games are the worst IMO for these errors

Fair enough, suspected it may be something along those lines. As I say wasn't really a massive deal just more curious more than anything if it was worth following up or not.

You need to name the slot to get an accurate answer.
Some slots (not many) need the scatters to be on an active win-line - that could be the case here...?

Cheers KK deffo not the case - play it fairly often and usually re-triggers.

Was Cleopatra ... More likely that the graphics just didn't match up with the RNG as mentioned above I think.
