As @dionysus says if these games hit the stated rtp (and they are all about the same) then they must just cut the cake in different ways. Dependant on the variance. One slot pays one hit of 10k another pays 20 hits of £500. One receives mass publicity the other gets slated as being rubbish. They’ve both paid out the same. With DOA people hit big wins but it’s all or nothing. For every wildline there will have been thousands of bonuses that paid sub x25.

not played it for 24hrs and every account that has bonanza is limited to £10 so i dont deposit. final straw was a £4 bonus which got to x9 after 3 spins, then resulted in 8 of last 9 spins being dead paying just over x15. worse part is i knew after early high multi it was doomed, but after run i was on it was final piss take. not sure when or if ill go back but i dont even have any temptation as im fimrly set in my mind this is not only rigged but after good wins it will not pay up until you lose everything back and more.

when game first ever ever came out, i hit that massive x5000+ but it was capped to like 100 or something as was tied in to a vile bonus. took away 2/3k off me. cynical side of me would say funny how i hit it on max cash out.
anyway after few months, the game changed for me. I personally feel a cap was put on the game. but i cant prove it, but ive played it ever since and last year has just looked like its capped. how many x1000 we had on here this last year or even since launch??

You can win 1000x on fish party, DOA wins dwarf your max win also..
Just don’t get the fascination with bonanza, expect the fact it holds your balance a bit longer than other slots .

So in that respect, Bonanza's bonus is probably its biggest weakness/ disappointment

I really don’t get the hate towards Bonanza. Imo pound for pound everything considered a contender for best slot ever. A high percentage of my withdrawals are based around a good session on Bonanza. The key with it is if it’s playing dead walk away from it. You wouldn’t play thousands of spins through a Netent or Quickspin game that was dead so why do it on Bonanza or any other Btg game for that matter. Most of the negative posts seem to me to based around a total lack of self control. There’s always tomorrow.

agreed - decent base game returns, bonuses all over the board, not a monstrous balance eater and fair playtime.
There's monster 'potential', not an expected return...seems too many people expecting 1000x to fall from the sky like mana.

That's what I just don't get.
Just for an example, Greylady will go 3000+ spins to get a 20X feature. Will then moan and assert that she is defiantly finished with Bonanza this time, Then just rinse and repeat.
It's just madness, more so, considering it's distinct lack of decent payouts

LOL...you may note that in DEMO I hit 51000x on Primal, the photo is somewhere on here.
I think there is a Jammin' Jars hit of 19,200x somewhere too on YT.
Developers are also allowed to use different reel maps for free games, even different for each free spin as the round progresses which is significant if it's an increasing multiplier type of bonus.

Someone handed me 2k to try and get a good win on two quids I’d pick Naploleon over Bonanza anytime. But I prefer playing Bonanza. So I mix them up.
Once a week; 50 quid in, 50 quid spins or 40ps. Build it up or bust it out. Walk away. Next time, try again. Easy peasy lemon squeezy

The funny part is that both have about the same percentage of the RTP reserved for the free spins. They even have similar overall RTPs.
x15 on a £4 bet bonus? Luxury! See this classic from earlier this morning after probably 800+ spins. My fault for carrying on playing after the midnight golden hour (which wasn't very golden last night!)
