Took me over a year to learn this. Trust me I lose most deposits in a minute or two at those stakes, but I'd rather that happen than grind away for 8 hours at 20p to hit a good win for only £80 by that time I could have lost that much in £5/£10 deposits.
So I never play below 60p now, no matter if a £5/£10 or £20 deposit.

That last part is so true, I often used to go into it thinking £5 or £10 deposit then done before I know it those £5 deposits have amounted to £100. So now I'll throw £20 in and lose and be pissed and not go back.

I'm not suggesting playing more money to anyone, but defo go higher stakes cause when you do hit that win or decent bonus round it's so much nicer when its in the hundreds and not scraping above £50 with 20p

Yes Ive decided I'm going to do this when my finances have recovered a bit, I'll probably deposit £20 and do 60p spins, if it goes then thats it no redeposit.

Even though I have has some good results since it came out, I'm at least 2k down at min stakes.

My best result to date was diamonds on the 117649 megaways screen at skyvegas, this was one of the only times i played at more than 20p:



I don't know if anyone with good maths can work out how many diamonds that would have been on the screen, i don't remember seeing a lot of diamonds about 10-12 maybe, and the win was dependant on the trolley row giving me a diamond for the second row if that makes sense.
I think in a way the 117649 megaway screen which pops up occasionally is like a extra bonus feature, its got amazing potential but very rare.

Although my balance was £108 at one point, I ended up withdrawing £90 [from a £50 deposit] so I am a relieved man as too lately I have lost all the small wins that keep your funds topped up. I think my big extra chilli win has all been ploughed back now, what a waste.
