The game has been tampered with 100%. That’s why I have stopped playing slots. I just don’t trust it anymore.

Bonanza used to have a very steady base game and not too many bad bonus rounds. Nowadays the increase in dead spins is more than noticeable and dreadful bonus rounds have become the norm.

The best game ever is now amongst some of the worst IMO.

It’s poison i have noticed the dead spins in the base game are a lot more frequent. Anyone who says this games not been tampered with need there head testing. I finally got a bonus after about 12 hrs combined play over the last few weeks.

Yes that’s 12 hours for a bonus.

Opening 5 dead spins.

Usual gems and scatters doing their defensive/blocking duties perfectly.

Then a retrigger so back to square one.

Finished on a very respectable 71X for 17 spins.

Have to admit to something. After that big win on Valley of the Gods a couple of weeks ago I dedicated some funds to chasing a €10 bonus, I know I know... and actually got one! I was about 800 in when GOLD dropped in, the only thing I wanted was just my money back and it did just about that. Time after time I'm checking this thread out and think that I'm actually a lucky man!

I have played this game only a handful of times since it's come out.
The first time I was playing it after seeing that Leovegas man's big win (14 000x). Had a thought and decided to give it a try - the game paid me 800x +. I don't even remember what was a combination that paid me these winnings.

Another time, I was trying to clear the Spin Rider's bonus' which was around £7.5K to playthrough. But this time I put the volume on mute as that "melody" started to drive me nuts...

I had a few bonuses with some insignificant wins but in the normal game, it kept my balance on the level till I got all wagering requirement cleared.

Later, I tried it again but only for a couple of spins...

Bad base game play has always been around on Bonanza, even during its "kinder" eras.
Like sufferin said in an earlier post, I never understood the hype that used to be bandied about re: the base game.
Even if the base game plays at the 71% RTP that I heard being quoted on occasion, that means diddly squat if you can't get a feature. And this game can make you wait 2, even 3 thousand spins to get one.

I myself have done deposits (eg £10 deposit on 40p spins or £25 deposit on £1 spins) where the plan was win quick or go bust quick. And sure enough, I have been busted in under 30 spins several times. My record is actually a bustout after just 26 spins for an RTP of 4%.

So believe it or not, your c. 12% RTP from that 50 spins is not even the lowest level that Bonanza's base game can stoop to.
