Personally like the exclusivity of CM contests but the participation from members leaves a lot to be desired.

Some comps with only 3 or 4 entrants. Not much of a comp.

Open this open up and we might encourage new members to play a bit more which might encourage more comps.

Must stress, not all the time or they will lose their value but why not for a biggie like this for a change.

Good suggestion. Here is examples what happens when some exclusive comp is going and and rules don't block new members out who have registered after start just because comp. They come, they win and they leave. I think this kind of competition is not exclusive and it's not fair to other members who are here because of this great community and not just because of the competitions.

I agree - there are presently a large number of new player registrations pending which looks kind of odd, whether it's this comp I do not know. Nik decides the rules, I agree there should be minimum membership qualification, say 100 posts and 6 months. Technically we could moderate posts in this thread to filter out newbies and impose this ourselves, but it's not really appropriate as we shouldn't interfere with the rules of a third party contest run by another member, especially a rep. Maybe @Big Time Gaming has something to add?
