I wonder if we can take this as a 'serious' casino...

Black Diamond avoided to give me the welcome bonus.

Let me explain...

There is a HUGE banner to their website about the 100$ welcome bonus.

I saw that they offer 100% bonus to all new players.
Readed all terms and conditions. Fine.
Decided to give it a try.
Did my 1st deposit.
No bonus recieved, so i asked to live chat and here is the dialog:

me: Hello again, my username is ***** , my 1st deposit just done, am i eligible for the 1st welcome bonus?

John: One moment please.

John: Whilst you are waiting why not check out the promotions that may be available to you in the Cashier for you to claim on your next deposit.

me: I checked there, but there is no promotions

John: unfortunatly there is no promotions avaliable at the moment.

John: Is there anything else I might be able to assist you with at the moment?


me: There isn't a promotion to the website, about all new players? the welcome bonus?

John: unfortunatly the system has blocked the bonuses at the moment and we are unable to override it

I did not continue talking and closed the window, because i do not like to 'complain' for obvious things.

If you can't give what you promise, why advertise and promote your ''BONUS'' ?

Proceed to UNINSTALL and never ever bother again with any rival casino.
It's the 3rd deposit at all rivals i've played, and i had problems with ALL OF THEM.

What a joke! Another one to my 'rogue' list...

If you've played at Rivals before, I'm surprised you didn't know you have to claim any bonus BEFORE depositing.

If the cashier shows "No promotions available", that indicates that they are not offering you ANY for some reason. You should have contacted them to ask why before giving them your money.

Sorry if you think I'm being harsh, but really you should not have deposited before claiming.

seems you were bonus banned by the rival radar :rolleyes:

in rival casinos you have to claim your bonus before! making a deposit, as you had no promotions available available its ovious you havent received it.

what i can advice you to is to check before in a rival casino if you have promos available, if not then you can write an email to support asking to make you eligible again. in my experience casinos like box24/black diamond and sloto manually enable you. these bans are made automatically by the rival system.

in your situation now you can either withdraw your cash again or play without bonus. you can also ask support if they enale you for future promos.


what happened to you happens to many players in rival casinos, check the forum here about rival bonus ban youll see what i mean ;) this bonus ban mess is rival made and not by black diamond.

imho black diamond is one of the good rival casinos, with fast cashouts and good support.

So they're basically another white label rival that uses the typical 'bonus banned' central database. :rolleyes:

no whitelabel. they have their own processing and customer support.

also the whitelabel rivals dont always stick to the banning. it has to be removed manually by the operator, as they all use rival software these things automatically take place. if they are good guys they remove the ban if not they dont even answer your email ;-)

i was manually enabled in many rivals again after i was bonus banned across the rival net some time. itsa simple, if you win you get banned ;-)


but iam pretty sure black diamond will enale your promos if you explain them your situation and maybe you can remember the reason you were banned. do you had any cashouts or many nd chips claimed in the past? this would create a ban.

Yes, KK, i already knew that i need to claim my bonus before doing any deposit.

But there were NO bonuses available anywhere. So i guessed that i need to contact them and ask for the bonus...
 
If you knew you had to claim the bonus before making a deposit why did you deposit first and then ask live chat for the bonus. I dont think it's fair to use that title for this thread since you werent even offered the bonus in the first place.

I want to express this false promotion in a generally way.

Think that you have a store and selling potatoes.

When you open at the first week, you promote your store by saying 'Come buy potatoes and we will give you another one potato for every one you purchase!'.

Since you advertise and promote your offer, you must be sure you can give this offer to everyone who take his first potato.

To this situation, i 've purchased a potato and i just didn't offered the 2nd one that the store promised me.

If they have the rights to do not offer me my bonus potato, they should announce it somewhere that some guys and girls cannot take bonus potatoes!

as i said this is due to the damn rival banning which creates only mess.


try to escalate this issue with the support iam pretty sure they wont let you stay in the rain ;-)

If they're not a WL operation, then why are they using Rival's bonus-banned database? If you'll recall, this was the OP's FIRST deposit..

I've been banned by some Rivals, but yet if I went to another that is 'stand-alone,' I'd still have bonuses available in the cashier section immediately after signing up.

not 100% sure but i gues if you use rival software you have the banning included, as its also practical for them to detect fraudsters and its used for security. unfortunately it bans for every little thing and should be recalculated ;-)


you see in some old posts here that fe. tradition in the past also stepped out of this banning but it has to be done manually.

if you buy rival you buy the bonus ban with it, seems like:rolleyes:

Actually, everyone here (including me and yourself!) are doing you a disservice!
In the T&Cs it says you DON'T have to claim the bonus! :eek:
(Maybe this term was left over from when this casino was on Top Game...?)

I love Rival games and I thought Black Diamond might be my new place to play. I deposited a few times and they gave me a $10 free chip (no max cashout). I ran it up to $700 and cashed out (I think I had a thread about that). Anyway, after cashing out my bonuses have dwindled...I used to get a 250% Ladies Night, 100%, and now I'm down to 50% and I have deposited several times since cashing out.

Today at Vegas Regal I have one 50% bonus (yesterday I had 10 different ones).

Tropica (which I have NEVER cashed out at) has NO bonuses now at all since last Thursday.

And Planet 23 went by the wayside...

I think they all have serious issues and until they get resolved it looks like "fun mode" is the only play they will get from me:rolleyes:

Such a good movie but so hard to watch his character just disintigrate as the movie progresses. Vincent D'Onofrio was amazing in the role!

what's wrong with your moneybookers deposits?

i always have to wait nearly one hour to get my money, which i've made a deposit with moneybookers!

also the same in box24 casino, it's only in YOUR both casinos, so please don't tell me always that it's on moneybookers side, because on every another (rival) casino it works fine!

this issue is now known since about on eweek but nothing happend!
