Hi guys!

I´m playing at BITSTARZ casino for a while now and I LOVE it. Especially their INSTANT WITHDRAWS!

I will make a short review for players wo are looking for a good and trustworthy BITCOIN casino. You can also play with Euros, USD and GBP by the way.

GAMES

Dead or Alive is there  and a lot of other choices. Netent, Microgaming, Amatic, Betsoft, Softswiss and some more. The game availability might depend on your location. There are many slots and table games. It is very easy to find your favourite game.

Amatic slots are a bit similar to the Novomatic slots. I like them.

You can sort the games by:
*Type of game
*Alphabetic order
*Provider
*Bitcoin only
*Top & new games

BANKING

Payouts are FAST! If not INSTANT!
More then 50% of the times my withdraws were processed instantky. Sometimes it took a few hours. This was the case when there was bonusmoney involved.

Banking options are:
*Credit Card
*BITCOINS
*Skrill
*Neteller
*LavaPay
*Qiwi
*Paysafe
*Banktransfer

You can upload your documents easily in their client and they will get approved very fast.

Just one point I do not like that much: there is a small fee on every deposit I make with Neteller.

SUPPORT

Support by live-chat available during businesshours. It´s always a nice chat and in my experience their staff is very helpful. They have a very friendly approach and will call you, very casual, ¨mate¨, ¨buddy¨ or just your forename and that kind of stuff. I like it. It gives a familiar feeling.
You can also call them or mail them ofcourse. They will answer very fast.

BONUS

100% and 180 freespins at your first deposit
50% on your second deposit
50% on your third deposit
100% on your fourth deposit

They overwhelm you with bonuses. During december every day there was a new bonus or freespins ór cashback with their bonus Christmas calender.

If you like bonuses (I love them to extend playtime) you should try Bitstarz.

Every now and then I get a personal note from the casinomanager saying ¨Thank you¨ to me and drops a nice No Deposit bonus in my account. No max. withdraw, just to be loyal. :)

Every wednesday is Free Spins day and they offer a promotion called SLOTWARS. You participate automatically and players who play the most at their casino will be rewarded with cashprices or freespins.

Hope you guys appreciate my input. I have made many deposits and withdraws over here and never had any problem at all. Just fast and without any issues.

Keep it going, Bitstarz!

Love to hear that you're having a great time at BitStarz and
the management and I appreciate the kind words.

Anything you need, just ask for your man Mike!

Kind Regards,

Hi mate,

This means that if you land a big win (besides a progressive jackpot which we will help you withdraw as soon as we get the money from the provider),
the withdrawal might be divided into €15,000 a month until your full amount has been withdrawn.

If anything else is unclear mate, let me know!

Looks like no GBP or UK players :(

I signed up when they first opened and could play all the slots in GBP, but they never had a UK license so I stopped playing.

I've read a few mentions on the forum about them and logged into my account, I can still play and deposit in GBP but I can only see games from some providers.
Amatic, Betsoft, Softswiss, Endorphina and Pocketdice.

Netent and MGS are nowhere to be found,so they have been removed for UK players. Still no UK license by the looks of it, I don't know how they can offer the other providers.

I really like bitstarz CS have been really friendly and easy to talk to.

I had a problem depositing via debit mastercard (which is my normal deposit method) and withdrawing via bank transfer as their automated withdrawal method does not recognize bank transfer being associated with debit mastercard but their CS sorted it out for me.

I deposit via neteller there now - much more painless. I have to say the withdrawal to neteller is lightning fast - within 3 minutes of withdrawing it was already in my account (possibly less than 3 minutes as I did not check) !!!

Good site with the ability to play in different currencies (AUD, Euro) and the only place I know of that has amatic slot. I had not even heard of amatic before but I really like their slots. Someone mentioned it being similar to novomatic which is true - there are alot of themed 'book of ra' clones but there are also a few unique slots worth playing too.

Best thing about amatic compared to novomatic for me is the ability to play amatic slots at 0.10 bets compared to novomatic minimum 0.40 euros (which is about 0.60 AUD).

Good casino worth a go if your looking at for another place to play!

Just so you know...Bitstarz is in our Grey Zone section at Casinomeister.

We have certain apprehensions about the use of bitcoins with gambling operations.

Can you expand further. That's a pretty vague statement.

I pretty much gamble in bitcoins exclusively now. Why? No processor bs charges. No waiting weeks to get your cash. I buy my bitcoins locally and at most pay 1% in fees. In the US, using bitcoins is far superior for gambling purposes. I can see in rest of world why it wouldn't be the optimal choice but for US players who like hardly any fees, and instant cashouts bitcoin is king. When I cash out from a site its in my wallet within literally 60 seconds and from there I transfer off to coinbase make a sell and next day the funds are in my bank. Forgot to mention that the bitcoin sites I play at treat me far better than any other online casinos did with gifts in the mail, lots of small no wagering no max cashout comps, and awesome customer service.

I'm curious to hear though your apprehensions on bitcoin gambling.

The apprehension stems primarily with the anonymity using Bitcoins. Some casinos don't require ID docs when using them which opens up a lot of potential issues such as stolen funds being used, under age gambling, gambling from banned jurisdictions, money laundering, problem gamblers, etc. It's a can of worms at times, and we just need to look into this more.

Bryan,

I would like to say that your concerns are understandable, but BitstarZ is not "bitcoin only" casino. It also offers real money games, and all rules and KYC procedures apply both for players who uses real money and Bitcoins. We all know a lot of casinos which do not require KYC for a long period or until a player reaches certain amount of deposits.

Cheers! :)

Can i play here if i am from New Mexico (US) ?
if not, there can i play ??[/QUO

I play there from my base in WI, so unless there is a state prohibition for NM you should be able to play as well.

I like the unique games but wish we could play at all the software types mentioned instead of just a few. However, what they do offer for US is still better than what we had before. It took a bit (no pun intended) to get familiar with the buy/sell of bitcoins and then cashing back out to a bank account or debit card. But I got the hang of it.

Makes me feel though that I am playing the stock market. Invariably I buy "high" and sell lower.....

Bryan, with all your accumulated knowledge your cautions are well founded.

However, to clarify your one statement I did have to provide identifying documents to BitStarz in order to withdraw same as other online sites + additionally I had to prove that I initiated the transaction from my bitcoin wallet back to BitStarz. So I had to submit proof of my deposit from the bitcoin wallet back to BitStarz. The two step encryption required of the bitcoin wallet made me feel safer than other sites where it is cc based.

I just wish we were allowed to play all the games like our European based counterparts...........

Mike,

I, too, have been enjoying your site. Can you explain why Microgaming and Netent are restricted for US based players? I was really hoping to finally be able to access those games.

It took a bit to get familiar with everything, but I do like the site and your support staff is great (during the limited hours) when available.

Can you tell which bitcoin casinos you play?

Can you tell which bitcoin casinos you play?

I play primarily at bitcasino.io because as low roller they have treated me well beyond my expectations. As I stated before they randomly send gifts based on play. My play is that of mostly low rolling slots and I've gotten several hundred dollars worth of gifts in the past year that I use daily at home. For the superbowl they surprised with a Pizza delivered to the door for all the VIPs how cool is that.

I also play a little at bitstarz but not much because I dont find they have enough rewards and its hard to manage cashout there. I finally managed a withdrawl there a few days ago my first and I joined well over a year ago. Its a great casino but I just don't dedicate much of my play there.

For RTG casino I play at Casino Extreme because they offer fast bitcoin deposit and withdrawls.

Thats pretty much it 95% of my play is at bitcasino because they are always having good promotions and I'm lucky there. About even for my year and half play but I've gotten sent over $2k in gifts from them including an iPad Pro this past Christmas.

Whereever you decide to play just make sure to do your research as with all casinos there are a few bad apples around that either stall paying or dont pay at all. The ones I mentioned above all pay out either instantly or very fast and are licensed.

Had now two cashouts so far there... Both were paid within 2 minutes to Skrill!!!!! Insane!

Hi mate,

Awesome to hear that!

We're doing our best to provide the fast payments for our players, mainly because
we understand the frustration of slow cashouts as we are players ourselves.

We strive to have 10 minutes withdrawal time on average, and it looks like we're
keeping a nice margin on your withdrawal history so far! :)

If you need a manual cashout or something, just ask your man Mike!

All the best,

Mike

I will add my happiness to this thread as well.

In the US we are accustomed to long delays in getting paid. I have been playing at this site as well and the cash outs from casino to my bitcoin wallet are incredibly fast, less than 5 minutes. Then within 2 days the bitcoin wallet deposits it into my bank account or debit card account. It is wonderfully refreshing.

I like the variety of games and there are frequent loyalty promotions and free spins...showing that they take care of and appreciate their players.

Mike is also incredibly helpful no matter how stupid the questions I ask.

FWIW,
Diane

This site is a non-option for UK or US players as these countries have all the providers anyone would actually want to play blocked.

I will have to disagree with you. There are different games from the other offerings and as I stated before, I find it to be very refreshing and a customer focused site with lightning fast payouts.

I think it is a great option for US based players.

Admin Warning: Not a BBF thread

Just another caveat - this casino is NOT being officially tested at Casinomeister - this is NOT an official review, nor is it a Baptism by Fire. Please use caution and prudence when delving into unknown, uncharted waters.

I need to make this statement since there are plenty of newbies who may take this for a Casinomeister testing thread.

Thanks, but did i do something wrong? Is it not allowed anymore to post reports/reviews of non-accredited casinos? Why shouldn't it be clear for members anyways? It doesn't say BBF or something like it in the title!? I mean there are multiple posts with reviews about non-accredited casinos every week here?!

It's because we do have official review threads, and I have responsibility to the newbie members and visitors that this should not be considered an official review, nor is it a Baptism by Fire. You may know the difference, but newbies wouldn't. :D

ok got ya! thanks

hope they get a bbf soon! one of the best non-accredited casinos i've seen for a while from support, to cashouts, verification system etc.

Just to add - the difference between the two (official/non-official) is that the official ones have been vetted, so there is little change of a fuck up. Unofficial ones are not monitored by me, and there may be some dodginess going on. Not to say that this is happening here, it's that I feel responsible for the information being presented to a player to a certain extent.

We have links to Bitstars in the Reservation - that's no problem. I just need to make things clear that the casino has not been vetted.

Bryan, I am still confused. So if we want to comment on our personal experiences at any particular casino, we are limited to those that you approve of? Not trying to be bitchy, but just really scratching my head over this and I am not clear.

I try out a lot of new/different casinos with a personal "buyer beware" attitude. If I like something, I would normally share it here. But is that not allowed? Maybe I just need it spelled out very clearly so I understand.

"2.a Players who are solely making deposits when there is a bonus available will risk of having their winnings from the bonus confiscated and being left with the initial deposited amount of the bonus in question."

Are these guys nuts or just daft? They spam you with bonuses and at the same time confiscate your winnings if you take those offers. No way I'm going to open an account there. Too dogdy.

Bitcoin = Silkroad mentality

Hi mate,

There's also a specification to this clause which you didn't include. Stating how many times with a bonus release a player has to do
in order to be deemed as a bonus abuser. Unfortunately we haven't had the functionality to filter these out perfectly as we are a small
boutique casino, however I believe this rule has only been enforced a couple of times due to the majority of our client base being genuine players.

We're doing our best to exclude players manually from our email send outs, but regrettable a player could technically get included. We're
not putting this in place to remove winnings from our players because we feel like it, we simply try to prevent bonus and promotional abuse.
Again, some casinos has better technical capabilities preventing this, and we have to do a lot of manual work.

We have many players in this forum vouching for us here, but you have of course right to play anywhere you like Sir.

Regards,

Mike

Finally played at bitstarz and i must say i enjoyed the experience and how responsive the rep was to my questions. I did research them a lot before trying them to see what others have said but i found only good things about them. The one thing i did find was that they asked for documents to verify an account after a player asked for a withdraw. The OP felt since it was a Bitcoin casino, this should not have happened. I usually have to wait for a response at some other casinos, sometimes days but as soon as i sent a msg Ollie responded back. The only thing i did not like was that the games played slow in my browser.I played Rocks Revenge and a Candy game that seemed fun but not so much when every spin was like watching paint dry. I use Google chrome and i have had no problems with playing at any other site like Winaday/Slotland. I did try explorer but the same. I tried to look for a game option to speed up the games but i did not see one. My overall experience so far has been good though. I am thinking about depositing this weekend. Does anyone know the min. and max deposit? Also any suggestions on what browser would be best to play the games. Thank you in advance.

I must admit that I had the preconception that Bitcoin casino's where the haunt of dodgy dealings until I met a rep from Bitcoin at the Meister meet. ( it is amazing how the media can influence you  ) I think I will give this casino a go this evening.

Edit. Bollix. ** Brits not allowed due to brexit **

Brits not allowed due to them not having a UK license. Apparently all the MG and NetEnt games were blocked anyways

Its a good casino.

The min deposit is 19Euro and max is 4000Euro when using Skrill and most other methods.
I dont like that there is a 2,5% fee when depositing though.. :(

I use both Chrome and Firefox and they work fine for me.

Shame I can't try it out being from UK :( but good to see these casinos putting high priority on speedy/instant cashouts :notworthy hopefully others will follow suit when they realise what a big draw it is for players knowing they won't have to wait to get their winnings . I myself regularly play on Videoslots despite not getting a bonus solely because they cashout so quickly . I rarely deposit without a bonus on other sites
