Bitstarz hassles over alleged 2nd account

I deposited 100$ at BitStarz.com and then I won 70$. I then initiated a withdraw of 170$.

BitStarz cancelled my withdraw then emailed me about owning another account (which I honestly had no idea I ever made..I play at so many different places I lose track!)

So they put back my deposit of 100$ but cancelled my winnings of 70$.. And I had to send about 10 documents for my identity. BitStarz were stalling my withdraw by saying my PDF were scans or not valids which is false. They made me jump through hoops just to get back my 100$ deposit!!

Now imagine how risky for players it is to play there! Imagine if you win big! You never going to see your money!

They even asked for a Bank statement with all account numbers visible!! This is extremely dangerous for fraud. I didn't even deposit with my bank! I used a credit card.. BitStarz is an Extremely risky and scammy casino beware!!

I had to threaten them about opening mga investigation and contact curacao authorities and post that i will reveal everywhere their scam on askgamblers, trustpilot and casinomeister.. THEN they finally accepted to give me back my 100$!!

Support is inexistant at this place, impossible to talk to a manager. Support guy is dumb as F.. keep saying your PDF is invalid. BITSTARZ IS A SUPER SHADY CASINO I never experienced anything like that before. Be safe and don't ever play there..

Find Bitstarz to be one of the best around, both support there and fast cashout, etc,etc
have been top nohch for me.
plus they have one of the best rep around in here

I would not call Bitstarz a scam Casino, they have to look after their business so a lot of checks are necessary. All Casinos would do the same if there is any suspicions.

Ignorance isn't a defence here I'm afraid.

As with most casinos, their T&Cs cover duplicate accounts (emphasis mine):

3.1.2 You are allowed to have only one Member Account. Only one Account for each household, IP, PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Also any returns, deposits, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account. ... So they don't have to give you anything - your $100 deposit and $70 winnings are both voidable as per the terms and conditions.

When a player has duplicate accounts, there are going to be additional hoops to jump through - and that's not exclusive to BitStarz or crypto casinos.

Perhaps you should read this forum's rules as well, because 1.17 explicitly says:

I have never had a single issue at @BitStarz. I've seen players post an issue or two but they have always been fair in addressing the matter. The rep here is also always awesome and responds to pms and threads.

So I went to casinomeister ACCREDITED casinos list thinking I will find nice casino to play.

I picked Kwiff casino, this casino is a real joke! I won 600$ and the casino is stalling the verification process for almost a week now! I supplied the required documents on day 1 NOTHING IS MOVING.

I then went back to casinomeister ACCREDITED list and I now tried Betreels SAME THING HAPPENS. I can't withdraw my 500$ !! Verification is stalled since 3 days!!

Casinomeister has become a joke or is seeverely corrupted to accept these scammy Casinos with no juridictions (Iles de Mans or Curacao)!

Whaaa?? I thought you didn't like me anymore since I'm so seeverely corrupted. Or am I a joke? Please choose one.
