Is there a rep for bitkingz here.m having trouble with verification problems and the agent said that he is not aware of casinomeister which is suspicious because it is an accredited casino here.

No reply since yesterday from the rep here at casinomeister n the chat agent at bitkingz is one of the most ridiculous ever.only automated replies and always refers to the special team that handles verification lol.its almost 24 hours and my account has not been verified yet.the email that I received said I have to contact the live support staff for the proof of residence,but when I explained to him why my proof of id and adress were not the same,he replied that the special team is responsible for that.so why did they refer me to the live chat support agent in the first place?going to take a long time,I guess.
