Slow Pay BitDice Casino delaying withdrawal

Hi,

Is there an active rep on here?

I found this casino from browsing this forum and decided to sign up last month. I won some money and requested a withdrawal which took awhile, so I contacted live support who confirmed I would receive it within 24 - 72 hours, which was received on the 3rd day, so no issues.

Two weeks ago I decided to make another deposit and won some money and requested a withdrawal, which has yet to be received. Each time I contact their support team I receive the same response - "we will ping the financial team". The moderators on the main chat claim that there is only one person that processes the withdrawals and no one can give me any more detail on what the hold up is. These aren't massive winnings and my 2nd withdrawal is actually 50% less than the original withdrawal, so can't see any reason for this flagging.

Any help would be much appreciated :).

Is there an update on this please?

Concerning that there’s a few people waiting in the live chat on withdrawals too. I’ve also been told that withdrawals aren’t processed on a weekend, meaning this will be falling into the 3rd week without receiving my funds.
