Believe it or not it happens, roughly once a year or so someone comes through the PAB system with exactly the same issue. It's surprising that someone could be so mistaken about such a thing but there you go I guess. Play logs usually show that the player started off with a deposit in Real Money, burned through it quickly and left the Real Money side. It's usually shortly thereafter that the player "remembers" a big win that the casino has no record of.

Not saying that's the case here.

You would probably find out the live help was correct and it is fun money.

It was probably the free sign up bonus of $30. Those sort of sites offer it as a no deposit bonus when players sign up. But they clearly state it is playable money to try site out and any winnings can be used to play on the site but can not be withdrawn.

Basically just trying the site out with demo money.

Hence the Reason nothing was heard from the OP after original post. Anyone that genuinely thought they had lost 15k would have made a big deal about it.
