Hey mate! This whole thing reminds me of the FOBT issues... the industry COULD have reduced the max stake to 20 quid themselves and ikely stopped the UKGC coming after them. A voluntary 80% reduction would have got good press, and barely hurt them. And now look what happened.
Online casinos NEED the high rollers... the majority of money comes from them. But if they continue to be visually irresponsible by endorsing people like Roshstein, and openly promoting him, they will absolutely come down on them.
If people want to stream at silly bets, there is very little that can be done to stop them, but they should NOT be affiliated with anyone betting over 5 or 10 pounds (or euros). It is just asking for trouble.
If they don't learn from the bookies mistakes in the UK, they will suffer badly.
There is just no reason to bet that high. . people will still watch streamers on 2 quid because they like watching gambling.
And to be honest, for N1 and @homerbert to come on and defend this kind of reckless play is shocking. Roshstein is CLEARLY not im control of his gambling... he has allegedly been bankrupt once before. But even if that is not true, the levels of gambling he displays are wholly irresponsible and for a casino to advertise £50 stakes is asking for trouble.
Self regulate guys, or you will have gambling commissions overreact at some point and your businesses will be dead.
Can you kindly tell me where I supported this way of playing or said something except that it is real money play and not fake
I agree with what you say in regards to self regulation.
