I see what you all mean! Made a wee deposit at Fun Casino last night and their games are pretty horrific to play.
I just don't get why the casino's don't remove the games until such time BTG respond. Oh yeah they are cash cows for the casino's!
It beggars belief that BTG are ignoring the issue but the casino's are just as bad in my book, ignoring the complaints of their players and letting the diabolical charade continue!

I think many people have been asleep at BTG because for several weeks now, they must have had a terrible drop in amount of spins being played on their slots.
Most of the players trying to play (I've had most issues during 'peak times' such as evenings and weekends) can't stand the terrible loading times and error messages and leave their games and the diehards who kept playing, only could spin a fraction of the amount they normal do.
Almost all departments of BTG have failed, from tech to support and from marketing to sales. Mistakes are human, but on this scale for such a long period.....? Unbelievable for me (if you realy care about your customers: fix your business before giving away a Tesla!)

It would be more fun watching paint dry than waiting for the excruciating long spins to play out. BTG, your games are a disgrace, it would appear you are more interested in raking money in on poor quality games than removing them completely until a permanent fix is found -there are so many bugs now that it's hard to trust any outcome
