I just tried Bonanza and Extra Chilli in demo on Unibet and they both work fluently. Don't feel like depositing right now to see if it's worse in real mode.

Hello I am experiencing sooo much lag with BTG games no matter what casino or what BTG game I play.

It has been happening for weeks and weeks now.

The Rep has been asked countless times on various threads and his response has been to totally ignore every single one. So i guess the only thing you can do is wait and hope it eventually gets fixed.

Just done a test on Chilli: 25 spins on auto.

Time started 21:19:52

Time finished 21:29:34

10 bloody minutes for 25 spins!

I’ve completed all trophies on this game at VS 5 or 6 times so far. At this rate it would take me 17 years to complete it again...

Really, REALLY had enough of their crap now mate.

Similar situation here, 9,000+ wins and close to my red wheel, I managed 10 spins in about 4-5 mins earlier and closed the shit off

Only in the morning when there is less traffic,it runs normal.

In the evening it takes 20/30 sec a spin (almost 2 weeks now @ videoslots

Yeah I find also early hours no issues but during the day it’s horrendously bad

Also noticed the increased spin time..especially noticeable on Opal Fruits, in the bonus...pretty annoying, it;'s like stretching the 'cliffhanger' feeling to the over the top point ^^

Hope they fix it! Didn't have an issue with disconnections at most Casinos, but indeed the ones that use the quickfire platform aggregator did have some hickups (not to mention they didn't have autoplay for a while) but i did notice a lot of errors on Blueprint Megaways..no idea if that's related -probably not.

It’s so f.... frustrating it works fine on some and worse on others just so happens it works terribly on my fave sites :-/

Just hit my first wild line on DoA II - £720 on 0.09p bet. Usually I'd withdraw £600 and Bonanza and Extra Chilli would see a guaranteed £120 or thereabouts profit, that's from just me, sure other low rollers do similar......

Just rescued my last 0.04p up to 35 quid and did not go near BTG, Novo's have taken care of it and now I read they fixed it, grrrrr LOL

I'll give it a few days to determine if it is fixed. Last time i had free spins, used 2 quid on Bonanza and, as it was OK, decided to put 50 in. With the space of 4 minutes it'd gone to shite again Ended up busting my chops on some crap PNG game
