I signed up at Big Spin Casino and made a deposit and received their welcome bonus. I was able to complete wager and had a $1000 profit in my account. I then submitted my docs and were approved. My withdrawal was denied because they said I had multiple accounts. I explained to them that I only had 1 account. They said my phone number matched 2 other accounts at their casino. I then explained to them that the number is from a free VOIP number that 100,000s of people uses as I don't like giving out my personal number. Due to receiving spam marketing and whatnot. But because my phone # matched other players at that casino they were denying my winnings. Even though the lady admitted that I only had 1 account with matching name and documents. I then received the following "Most promotions can only be used once per player, e-mail address, household address or IP address unless stated otherwise. BigSpinCasino.com reserves the right to enforce or implement further limits to accounts that have violated this rule, including shared computers like in university campuses, public libraries, and workplace, etc."

There is nothing about phone #s in their terms. I have no affiliation with no other account with that casino. My address and IP or email does not match anything they have. Only because I used a public VOIP phone number to avoid spam calling or texting did they deny my winnings

Also if I looked hard enough I'm sure I could find a rule, that most casinos have, where you as an account holder are required to keep your account information accurate and up-to-date. Using invalid phone number on purpose on most casinos would already disqualify you from bonuses, if not even real money play.

You don't like using your real number? Tough luck. Have an another phone number/sim card or a pre-paid just for casino purposes and don't use said card when you don't need to, to avoid casinos contacting you, if this is what your issue is.

What about entering your number in there and go for opt-out to any commercial related advertisements?

But this is stupid. The casino accepts deposits. The casino accepts playing. But once payout stage is in effect they can and will find a reason to hit you with a stick with for whatever, silly reason. If the casino had balls they would have understood your situation and pay you out.

They just added that. The phone number wasn't there in the beginning when I signed up and told the bonus over a couple of months ago.

This was the original ""Most promotions can only be used once per player, e-mail address, household address or IP address unless stated otherwise.
