I won about 1600 euros in big 5 casino, i deposited only with trustly and did not use credit/debit card for deposit into this casino. Now they require photo of credit/debit card. Do they have right to require photo of card if i deposited only with trustly = bank transfer?

It’s linked to your bank in some way. So probably yes. If it’s a big 5 just give it. Otherwise you’re just wasting your own time waiting for your winnings

Sounds a bit strange request to be honest.

I'd ask them to tell the reasons for such a request. Not every account necessarily have a card attached to it.

Yes, it common, because some people have a lot of accounts, for example 5, but 1-2 cards, so a lot of accounts are without any credit/debit cards.

I sent them it, i sent also pdf with transaction into this casino, but they require photo of card.
