BGO - This is what doing it well looks like.

I posted a thread yesterday to ask if anyone had any first hand experiences with BGO, which didn't get any replies, but nonetheless I decided I would sign up there as am looking for a new place to whale-out following my departure from Mr Green, where my account is now closed.

Just thought I'd let you guys know how it's been so far as it could prove useful, and so far its a big fat thumbs up :thumbsup:

Main reasons for trying them were that they offer the slots I like and had a £200 welcome bonus on offer. I deposited £500, got the £200 extra instantly to play with, and met wagering with a final profit of £1118 (my £500 back too). Withdrew. Within an hour (on a Sunday) received the request for verification docs. Sent them back immediately (same ones that Mr Green seemed to have major difficulties with). By mid morning today (Monday) I received a polite and to the point email that my documents had been looked over and that my account was now fully verified.

Looking around the 'vegas' section of the site, it seems they also generously reward loyalty with a proper system in place for VIPs and also loyalty points for all players. Really good start with BGO, this is feels like how it SHOULD feel at a casino, thanks guys for the hassle free experience here thus far!! :cool:

I have taken a look at their site and they do have some rules I do not like, for example:


- All withdrawals will remain as ‘Pledged’ in our system for approximately 72 hours. This time is used by us to perform various security checks and to ensure all correct documentation has been received. After this time, the withdrawal will change to ‘Committed’ and we will send the funds back to your payment method of choice. The whole process should take around 7 banking days.

They also have some strange withdrawal limits:

To Withdraw, your transactions for Current Month should total no more than £3,000.00

Not sure if this also apply to verified accounts.

And finally, their customer support is...mostly closed:

Our Customer Services team currently works between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.


I have never tried their site before, so have no personal experience with them yet.

But my first impression is that this is not good enough if they want to target casino players (I believe BGC originally is a Bingo site).

May I ask if you have received your withdrawal ?
 
Pretty sure BGO is the same outfit as Costa Bingo and XBingo which have generally good reps it must be said although no casino should have a £3k withdrawal limit IMO.

I see that they have a new rep who joined this forum a couple of days ago.

Sent him a heads up regarding this thread.

Maybe he can clarify some of their rules related to withdrawals.

Hope we're all well! Rainmaker has kindly made me aware of this thread so looks like a good reason to jump in and make my first post.

£3k withdrawal limit - please don't be concerned by this. This is to help control larger withdrawals and to make sure we're on top of them when they're requested. We will never refuse a withdrawal request so long as it's not for crazy money. We recently paid a £75k withdrawal within 48 hours of it being requested, so there is nothing to worry about. We also make a point of saying this on the Limits page when you're logged in.

The 72 hour check is our standard withdrawal processing time but we're working to reduce this more in line with the bigger operators.

The support team does currently only work office hours but we'll be adding weekends and evenings shortly.

Call these growing pains if you will as we shift from a Bingo focused site to catering for Casino players. All of your comments help make things better and ultimately, if you have a problem you need simply contact me and I'll sort things out.

Glad to see Chuzzleaddict has had a good experience so far!

Paul, you will know me as your newest high roller, we exchanged a few emails yesterday (I am pretty incognito here but you will click who I am!) wonderful to have you over here at CM!

Guys... from what its been like so far can I just say, Paul is awesome, he contacted me about my account just hours after identifying me as a high roller, gave me some bonus funds and negotiated with me an ongoing bonus arrangement. Friendly and fast service, EVERYTHING that was lacking at Mr Green. Really top notch. :thumbsup:

I just wish I hadn't reversed and lost everything :mad: lol

Were I a high roller, it would be a pre-requisite for me that they took it away completely...

Hijacking your question a bit Slotster...! Anyone who doesn't want to reverse can contact us - we'll remove the funds and process the withdrawal. If the support team isn't online, we have a cooling-off feature that will lock you out of your account for 24/72 hours until they are. I've got a work request with the development team to remove the reversal feature should a player not want it so it'll be a much easier process once this is complete.

Any other features you guys would like to see at a Casino then tell me. We're running on a totally proprietary platform which makes us very maneuverable compared to those using the the run of the mill suppliers.

Yes, that will earn much kudos on here, not simply a flush (which simply removes the funds from play until w/d is processed) but a flush with accelerated processing. Along with attempts to speed up w/d's and do them 24/7, this would jump you above many other accredited sites, some of which still have 48 hour pending periods and no evening/weekend cashouts. Lately myself and some others have been active on here informing the powers at CM when we experience deviation from the criteria that got sites accredited in the first place. Some sites have increased pending times and added other detrimental-to-player terms since accreditation.:mad:
The ones that actually improve on the criteria they met when gaining accreditation, like Betsson, NordicBet etc. are generally feted now by CM members and gain new customers. I hope that is your site too in the near future! :)
