Hiya, new to this site after finding it with google after having a problem.
Anyway, over 2 year ago (roughly) I joined bgo bingo ( bgo.com )
Have made many small deposits and withdrawals and assumed I had been verified by my debit card details like the other couple of casino's I'm with.
Anyway, I just went to withdraw my biggest win I have had, £350 and my account got locked and a message saying I needed to prove who I am with photo ID and so on.
Is this the norm for a casino to accept so many deposits over a long period but wait for a withdrawal to be made before they ask you for id? just seems a bit unfair to me.
If I had known this before hand I would never of made no deposits as I have no photo ID and will have to send away for a passport.
Anyway, if it's the norm or not, do peeps think it's fair to take deposits before they lock your account?
Just annoyed at the mo as £350 is alot to me.
Thanks.
Steven.
