Your Input Please BGO feedback!

Just to add to the conversation , As a newbie here , I think @L&L-Jan and @Mark_BGO are the best reps here , who really care and look at things from players perspective.

I have signed up and played on l@l casinos just bcoz of jan being very active and helpful here . Wanted to try BGO too but 65x wagering was a turnoff , I was actually shocked bcoz I never seen that before anywhere honestly and obviously have no account with BGO.
The rtp at BGO is also shockingly low. Ages to get bonuses of which vast majority pay 0-40x. Best advised to stay away, accredited or not

That'll be the games you play, unless they have lower version RTP games?

Being transparent - we don’t offer all games at maximum RTP. I am not sure this is the main reason here however and more likely the WR on the bonus or just simply bad luck.

I am speaking to our product team about producing a list of RTPs on site like we did at my previous company and hopefully that’s possible but there’s a lot more providers involved and I don’t believe there’s currently a definitive list so work to do.

Once again thanks for your feedback.

Obviously giving a player 0.60 from 25 spins and telling them to play through £39 is more laughable than annoying, I was talking about the general gameplay. Just a few of what is a regular occurrence. Which is why I questioned the advertised rtp and the real rtp. And yes I understand the volatility of the games

“Which is why I questioned the advertised rtp and the real rtp”

If you are suggesting the advertised and tRTP is different I can assure you it isn’t. The RTP in the game files come from the providers and we can’t control that.

Maybe it less people are playing slots and so the returns would be consistently lower then?

RTP has nothing to do with the amount of people that are playing... all this does is affect the volatility of the RTP for the operator.
The more people that are playing, the faster the game will get closer to it's RTP simply due to the law of large numbers / statistics.
This is purely and simply for no other reason than the more spins that are played, the closer the OVERALL game will get to it's RTP. However, each individual player may have a very high or low RTP, or somewhere in the middle.

A game doesn't care whether there is 1 person playing or 100,000 people playing.

Got a bonus offer today of deposit £15 and get 45x10p spins on some slot with 65x wagering. As if that's not bad enough the maximum win you are allowed to cashout if you can get through that is the grand total of £30. Absolutely shocking.
I have to agree. Thanks Johnny. Will see what can be done.

I have been playing in BGO for a long time. I have even won good amounts from freerolls. Withdrawal is very fast, literally right away. I have unique winnings on small bets. I have also rotated a bonus.Even when I lose money I play a lot with small amounts. Honestly, a very good experience! One of the best casinos! Many promotions, I constantly receive notifications - both in e-mail and as an SMS on the phone.I passed the checks to prove my account several times very easily. And on

Gonzo's Quest Megaways

from a random spin of 0.80 (before that I mainly played at 0.40) I have a unique profit. It's not just for this game, there are many, but I saw that a lot of bad things are written about this game.

Some feedback from today. I got a 200% deposit bonus after depositing £10 and after wagering I managed to withdraw £192 and was very happy with this as it hit my PayPal account within a few minutes. Although the wagering requirement are high at 65x it was nice to see that if I had been more successful I could have withdrawn up to £500 maximum from this offer. A big step in the right direction.

Feedback from me; my BGO account is little-used, and has a £20pw deposit limit on it.

Won £75 the other day (paid out fine), and now have a SOW request. They initially asked for proof of savings, or a win from another casino - I sent them proof of a £1k withdrawal from All British.

They now want three months of payslips or bank statements.

For an account which I can't deposit more than £80 per month on.

Too much hassle to bother getting all that together, so doubt I'll be playing there again any time soon.

Just to add, I've no issues with the way they've asked for the information - lesser sites ask at the point of withdrawal, rather than once completed.

But given my low limits, and my low usage of the site, asking for three months of bank statements, proof of savings (if only!), I simply can't be bothered with the back and forth right now. I've been rationalising which sites I use anyway, sticking with a few favourites (good RTP/better bonuses survive) so this just helps me along!
