Comments Welcome BGO feedback!

I think you may have misunderstood my reply, sorry. I’m here to help and it’s not at all below my pay grade (I only get paid 4am to Midnight lol). CM is a great forum and my mentor and founder of the previous company I worked for used this great place to get feedback and build a solid business. I may not be able to be as responsive as I was previously and my colleagues will fill that gap but hey, it’s early days and I want to try and give it a stab while I learn. :)
I may have misunderstood your reply mate, my apologies.

just glad your around, if we had more decent industry folks like you willing to give a shit and help out then things wouldn’t be headed the way they are mark.

again sorry I took what you said the wrong way.

@Casinomeister - I may be wrong here but Ben has said “apologies” and “sorry” in one post. This looks like a potential account breach based on history?

Joking aside. Thanks again and I’ll contribute as much as I can here as I’ve always tried to.

What......he is not Canadian, we are the only ones allowed to apologize and say sorry in the same sentence. :) :)

Hey Mark...

I have just registered an account and would like to quiz you on any future providers that you're considering.
Plus a few of my favourite slots that are missing from the site.

You currently have some decent providers such as;
- SG
- Blueprint
- Greentube
- NetEnt
- Realistic

I would love to see;
- More BTG slots
- No Limit City provider slots
- Push Gaming
- Merkur

Overall, it has been a good experience so far, one of my most played slots Raging Rhino Rampage is not available at BGO for some reason, its a pretty new slot from SG.

Rob :)

Just to say Mark that more CEO’s should engage their customers, it is where they should get the best feedback.

The CEO should do the best for the shareholders, but that should be by building a loyal customer base that grows through reputation, not by asset stripping and aiming for short term profit.

Thanks Rob. Appreciate the feedback and will see where we are with those you suggest.

My good friend, mentor and previous CEO of 32 Ed Ware was always available for direct player feedback and I’ve learned that it is important.

Since my appointment I’ve already been involved in a number of player issues and it’s helping me understand and improve some processes which may not be the best currently. When travel bans are lifted I intend to spend some time with the different teams including support and deal with customers directly. It’s how I started and I don’t feel it’s above my grade!

If you need an assistant, I am for hire. ;)

It is, but working in an office is dead now or companies having offices will be near non-existent. Working from home is the norm now. :)
I think you'll see places go 2-3 days in the office and a few at home; unfortunately there's been a few company's, the slightest sign of easing etc, that are informally telling staff it's BAU later on in the year aka most of the time in the office, so it's demise may not be that imminent; lot of company's IT systems can be pretty crap/manual as well, so may need to catch up.

On topic, Mark can approve the expense claims anyway so ask him to sign off on a lease plane

They banned me out of the blue from all their sites/skins a couple of years ago. Good job I wasn't an affiliate for them at the time as I would have been fuming.

Thought it was particular bad taste to not remove Verne Troyer immediately when he passed on.

The fees for withdrawals were grating too.

Whether anything has improved I'll never know. . .

Hey David,

Sorry to hear about the ban, happy to review that if you wanted me to. I can confirm withdrawal fees are no longer too.

As for Verne, I don’t know the timings unfortunately. It was before my time.

Regards
Mark

I find the withdrawal times are very very good, on par with some of the best around. However, one complaint I have is the amount of coin in it takes to build any bonuses up. I cycle through a large amount but the larger bonuses are still out of reach, you then have to 65x them and it feels like you just don't get back enough when compared to other sites.

Don't forget the shit selection of games you can use the bonus on

  • Winnings from your Free Spins and Bonus received from the Box Boost Game will be awarded to your bonus balance and can be used on the following games:
    • The following games will contribute 100% towards the wagering requirements: Starburst, Twin Spin, Finn and the Swirly Spin, Gonzo's Quest, Aloha! Cluster Pays, Age of the Gods: God of Storms, Cleopatra, The Goonies, Jumanji, Hotline, Pyramid Quest for Immortality, Guns N Roses, Fruit Shop, Drive: Multiplier Mayhem, Dazzle Me, Spinata Grande, Warlords: Crystals of Power, Cleopatra Gold, Diamond Mine, Da Vinci Diamonds, Wild Wild West: The Great Train Heist, King Kong Cash, 9 Masks of Fire, Immortal Romance, Reel Rush, Street Fighter™ II: The World Warrior Slot, Ted, Butterfly Staxx, Narcos, Lightning Strike Megaways, Wild Wishes, 8th Wonder, Pixies of the Forest, Book of Oz, Scrolls Of Ra, Crystal Lotus, Thunderstruck II, Diamond Blitz, Atlantis, Centurion, Luck O' The Irish Fortune Spins, Willy's Hot Chillies, Super Hot Fruits, Kong The Eighth Wonder Of The World, Tales of Dr Dolittle, Golden Glyph, Berry Berry Bonanza, Bonus Train Bandits, Jurassic World, Genie Jackpots Wishmaker, Super Lucky Reels, Fortunes of Sparta, The Da Vinci Device, Fortunium, Spin Town, Super Lucky Charms, Champions of Valhalla, Golden Ticket, 9 Pots of Gold, Gemix, Bust the Bank, Super Graphics Upside Down, Starmada Exiles, Buccaneer Blast, Prime Zone, or Atlantis: City of Destiny ("Promotion Games").
    • Any gameplay on other games will not count towards the wagering requirements.

Thanks for the feedback on the bonus terms guys. I think BGO has seen a fair amount of bonus abuse in the past so the offers may not be the most attractive. Something we can work on as we segment the database accordingly.

I hope you can, the terms make it almost impossible to win from them, and while I get you don't want everyone to cash out £10000 from a tenner deposit, theres also no point making a deposit if it's going to be impossible to win from, which your's is close to.

Just to add to the conversation , As a newbie here , I think @L&L-Jan and @Mark_BGO are the best reps here , who really care and look at things from players perspective.

I have signed up and played on l@l casinos just bcoz of jan being very active and helpful here . Wanted to try BGO too but 65x wagering was a turnoff , I was actually shocked bcoz I never seen that before anywhere honestly and obviously have no account with BGO.

The rtp at BGO is also shockingly low. Ages to get bonuses of which vast majority pay 0-40x. Best advised to stay away, accredited or not

That'll be the games you play, unless they have lower version RTP games?

Being transparent - we don’t offer all games at maximum RTP. I am not sure this is the main reason here however and more likely the WR on the bonus or just simply bad luck.

I am speaking to our product team about producing a list of RTPs on site like we did at my previous company and hopefully that’s possible but there’s a lot more providers involved and I don’t believe there’s currently a definitive list so work to do.

Once again thanks for your feedback.

Obviously giving a player 0.60 from 25 spins and telling them to play through £39 is more laughable than annoying, I was talking about the general gameplay. Just a few of what is a regular occurrence. Which is why I questioned the advertised rtp and the real rtp. And yes I understand the volatility of the games

If you are suggesting the advertised and tRTP is different I can assure you it isn’t. The RTP in the game files come from the providers and we can’t control that.

RTP has
Maybe it less people are playing slots and so the returns would be consistently lower then?
RTP has nothing to do with the amount of people that are playing... all this does is affect the volatility of the RTP for the operator.
The more people that are playing, the faster the game will get closer to it's RTP simply due to the law of large numbers / statistics.
This is purely and simply for no other reason than the more spins that are played, the closer the OVERALL game will get to it's RTP. However, each individual player may have a very high or low RTP, or somewhere in the middle.

A game doesn't care whether there is 1 person playing or 100,000 people playing.

Got a bonus offer today of deposit £15 and get 45x10p spins on some slot with 65x wagering. As if that's not bad enough the maximum win you are allowed to cashout if you can get through that is the grand total of £30. Absolutely shocking.
I have to agree. Thanks Johnny. Will see what can be done.

I have been playing in BGO for a long time. I have even won good amounts from freerolls. Withdrawal is very fast, literally right away. I have unique winnings on small bets. I have also rotated a bonus.Even when I lose money I play a lot with small amounts. Honestly, a very good experience! One of the best casinos! Many promotions, I constantly receive notifications - both in e-mail and as an SMS on the phone.I passed the checks to prove my account several times very easily. And on

Gonzo's Quest Megaways

from a random spin of 0.80 (before that I mainly played at 0.40) I have a unique profit. It's not just for this game, there are many, but I saw that a lot of bad things are written about this game.

Some feedback from today. I got a 200% deposit bonus after depositing £10 and after wagering I managed to withdraw £192 and was very happy with this as it hit my PayPal account within a few minutes. Although the wagering requirement are high at 65x it was nice to see that if I had been more successful I could have withdrawn up to £500 maximum from this offer. A big step in the right direction.

Feedback from me; my BGO account is little-used, and has a £20pw deposit limit on it.

Won £75 the other day (paid out fine), and now have a SOW request. They initially asked for proof of savings, or a win from another casino - I sent them proof of a £1k withdrawal from All British.

They now want three months of payslips or bank statements.

For an account which I can't deposit more than £80 per month on.

Too much hassle to bother getting all that together, so doubt I'll be playing there again any time soon.

Just to add, I've no issues with the way they've asked for the information - lesser sites ask at the point of withdrawal, rather than once completed.

But given my low limits, and my low usage of the site, asking for three months of bank statements, proof of savings (if only!), I simply can't be bothered with the back and forth right now. I've been rationalising which sites I use anyway, sticking with a few favourites (good RTP/better bonuses survive) so this just helps me along!
