So after offering the gods various sacrifices for this bountiful reward BGO have bestowed upon me, I proceeded to go to town on DOA at 9p a spin.

I even triggered a bonus!!

My withdrawals been pending for 2 days so far, support can't even give me an approximate timescale for how long its going to take and paul hasn't been back to the forums since i spoke to him friday afternoon. So i guess nothing i can do but sit and wait. No more Bgo for me.

Theres a few things I can not stand, Slow withdraw & CS talking ball shit or not got a clue, I can understand why the first bit happens but there is no excuse for the later

Live chat confirmed any withdrawals are being processed by the finance team manually. When I asked timescales etc I was told 'as we're not the finance team we cannot assist you further with this'. They've also removed my favourite game Aladdin from the site. That was a great money maker. :-(

Thats not good enough, But note NO MACHINE is a money maker, If it was than its the reason its been removed, You can get some good runs on machines but thats about it, They end up taking more of you
 
Hey Everyone,

Having worked on migrations before, this was relatively straight forward but yes, we do have a few problems.

We've been working on these issues constantly for the past 5 days. We have a hotel opposite the office and we have 5 rooms booked out for people to head over and freshen up/have a power nap so they don't have to waste time going home... this is how serious we are about fixing the issues. I should also point out that anyone who wants to leave to go home is free to do so, they just need to figure out how to cut through their chains first. I also think we probably have our own plaque on a car parking space at the local Domino's by now.

Without getting into too much detail we know where the problems are and sadly they're not things we could have tested to the extent of a true, live environment before putting live, so niggles were expected. The problems weren't just with withdrawals, we couldn't take deposits either so it's not a ploy or anything like that to make a few extra quid. We've just given away £1million in bonus with 5x WR and alot of people managed to win, hence the delay in processing withdrawals. Not an excuse, I'm just trying to explain why things are slow right now.

To address a few other queries - we now have Playtech content exclusively under the Casino which includes all Table & Slots games. Vegas is now a mix of IGT, WMS and other popular 3rd party content and Games is exclusively Netent. We want to bring back Microgaming asap so watch this space. Macau is also now the Playtech Eurolive Casino which is a superior product to what we had before and can be played on Mobile.

This is a great change for bgo and we will sort the problems - stick with us. Everyone knows where I am if you can't reach the support team but I am also running around working hard, making Tea and poking sleepy devs with large sticks, so you'll need to give me time to reply also.

Lastly...bonuses and wagering. We haven't changed anything with the bonuses, they're still 20x deposit + bonus or where not listed, 35x the bonus. 30x Dep + Bonus is insane, I'd be wearing a balaclava and stripey jumper if those were the rules. And yes - DOA is back on Games but is excluded from bonus wagering. I'd recommend everyone read our new terms as there are some small changes to be aware of and I don't fancy taking my first P-A-B because of them. As for the 200% offer when you make your 'first' deposit - another unforeseen consequence of the migration and one we're powerless to fix right now. I can only give you a good old fashioned apology for this one - sorry!

BGO will be fine, it is just the 'typical' teething problems sites encounter when implementing changes etc.

Ladbrokes was a totally different 'cup of tea' which involved huge staffing and management changes, even think the CEO may have changed too.

Ladbrokes is a steaming pile of horse manure and will remain until they 'change back' or at least do something, I'm confident with BGO in a week or so it will all be smooth and these current issues will be a distant memory.

Still no money or answer from their support or their rep. Hard to say whether BGO is just incompetent or plain rogue, but atm i would recommend people to play at other sites.

Fact is guys these migrations are a massive undertaking. 12 months of planning and behind the scenes work to swap everything over inside of 12 hours - you cannot imagine the preparation and foundation that has to be put into place to do something like this. Yes there are teething problems and we're fixing them, we don't have many left at all now and everything is running as it should be.

If you're waiting more than 24 hours for a withdrawal then there must be good reason so please let me know or contact support.

Big issue with my account now. Turns out they allowed me to deposit over my limit for the month. Now my account is suspended whilst they investigate. Surely this is wrong? Anyone know what the outcome will be?

Have people not considered that the reason many sites change to Play-take platform is that their most popular slots (like the Marvel ones) have appallingly low RTP's in the 90-92% range and overall are generally far more profitable than MG (94-96%) and Netent (94-97%) for the casino?

I'm not saying it's the ONLY reason but it has to come into the equation somewhere. If most players actually woke-up and checked this information and realized the consequences then they'd think again about playing them.

I guess I were, and I'm sry about it. But I hope you can se that I'm getting worried when its gone 10-12 since I made the withdrawal, and nearly a week since I made my second verification deposit, and I recieved much more than auto-responders.

Anyways it seems to have been fixed now. Thanks :)
 
In relation to an excellent point from Dunover, this is why you'll never see a screenshot, video or anything else Playtech related from me as I would not touch those slots with your money!

Its the one and also the only reason I went from depositing £50-£60 per week at Ladbrokes to having a dormant account with them (I believe the comparison to Ladbrokes was mentioned by another member too)

I will follow suit with any casino who turns to PT, BGO being multi provider I gave em a quick try Sunday gone, not too bad but a very hungry Rhino who'd hidden the diamonds up his ass.

Switched to DOA low stakes and almost hit a wild line!! - So glad I didn't tho as I later discovered DOA is totally excluded from all play whilst a bonus is active DRATT!!!

I also had issues with there recent re launch. Basically i went to the cashier and there was a 100 percent bonus and 100 free spins offered in the cashier so i accepted the offer only to be credited with nothing. Live chat was offline for two days and when i finally got a e mail response i was told sorry but you have already had this offer before on the old version of the site so we wont be crediting anything. WHY DID YOU OFFER ME THIS IN THE CASHIER THEN??????? I only deposited 50 pounds thinking i was getting the match else i would of not deposited. I did go into live chat a few days later and complain as its false advertising on there behalf and they did give me a 20 pounds bonus. My username is BabyJoker, I apparently deposited my first deposit on 31/05 and was going to claim the 2nd,3rd and 4th bonus within the 30 day period, yesterday Scarlett told me since the 11th they were re launched or whatever bs and there not doing the bonus. As another insult your not welcome to the new player bonus either and we have wiped your accounts so you cant see any transactions you made before the 11th either?!

Complete joke setup, the shame is I have a million views on youtube, 600 subscribers and a big mouth :thumbsup:

I feel the same tbh, I dont think Id use them even if they did honour the bonus now, why should they get the business when others go out there way to accomodate you as a player as they look at the long term potential of your custom, company's in my experience that only study the short term are normally rogue or have bad ethics, this rule does not just cover casino's but all manners of business, here today gone tomorrow outfits :(

"Offer only valid once per new depositing player since 17:00 on 10/06/15 at bgo"

Prior to this we didn't offer a second deposit bonus. If you'd like to see previous transactions then I can happily arrange this too, so I fail to see where the problem is and how we are a 'joke setup' as you say.

I have an email from May that states different thats why I came and deposited the minimum to give you a try at the end of May, my psychic abilities were obviously lacking that day as i didn't know you were going to cock everything up on the 11th. And as for YOU being able to see my transaction/s, that does not help me one bit unless I wish to fanny about in the future asking for basic information that other sites have 1 click away from viewing. I really did like BGO, and was excited with the talk of the upgrades, and the updates, then a logged in and found Playtech, and probably like most others felt rather disappointed, I feel it's a backwards step, but thats only my opinion & I'm a small fish in a very large pond.

Your becoming a pita with your attitude. The rep Paul has been very much on the ball here. It would not have mattered how he replied you would have no doubt answered the same. Whatever you agenda is aint getting you nowhere imnsoho. I for one would not blame the rep at all if he chose not to partake in further dialogue with you but knowing he is professional and passionate about his job I doubt he would do that. And I do not find anything in your posts in the slightest humorous.
