No bonus show in my acount? They have had a proper revamp, I bet they have sold of again, All my old depo methods have disapeard, Only got card PP & Ukash? Thats not much for a long going site, I used card only any way 99% time but I no people like to use other means

The 200% bonus showing on the deposit screen is an error, you won't get it as i found out several hours after i had deposited. I managed to speak with paul yesterday and he was very helpfull but i imagine he may be quite busy at the moment with all the issues that seem to be going on at Bgo with the changes. I think the revamp has probably done them more harm than good.

Yeah the bonus is appearing for me too - even though I took it when I signed up.

I also noticed Paypal has appeared as a payment option for me. I thought this was for UK customers only? Pretty sure you need an agreement with Paypal Aust to take gambling transactions.

I spoke to the rep a couple of days ago as I was having an issue but he came back pretty quick and resolved it. (The customer service team prior to that had sent me a generic email about the move over not even reading my issue I think - and live chat no longer works).

However in situations like this I sometimes wonder whether it would be better for a casino to just go offline for a few days while they sort their issues. Sure it will cost money but it will save reputation!

No problems with paul but Bgo are messy at the moment, I was maybe a bit of a sarcastic b* with the email support they kept sending me template emails that did nothing to answer what i was asking, im normally so chilled but they
were really pushing my buttons! According to the live support though the 200% won't be honored if you have claimed it before with them so i would suggest to not make a deposit if you are doing so with the intent of playing with the bonus.I can see a lot of people getting annoyed over it showing on there accounts, making a deposit and being told they can't have it though. Had i known i wouldn't have deposited personally in the first place. I would have checked with support beforehand but there was no live support and the email support were as usefull as a chocolate teapot.

Totally agree and no offer is a fair offer if it was not what you was expecting, I know casino runs in to trouble with changes, But why on players expense? Been onto them again this morning to be told it's ALL customers who are impacted by the withdrawal issue and the finance team are still working on a fix. I'm waiting on a fairly large sum of money so could really be doing without this. Still heard nothing from the rep Paul which is a shame. I was also VIP and now been told I'm not due to the loyalty re shuffle. I had a VIP rep Oliver who was really good and now they refuse to pass any message onto him.

It'll also no longer let me reverse the withdrawal so it's stuck in limbo.

Right as you may have seen BGO have removed Microgaming and gone over to Playtech (now the race to the bottom begins..... )

They have removed Bally and Novo games they had and most Nextgens bar a couple like 300 Shields. They have reduced their IGT games BUT added Raging Rhino Montezuma and Zeus 3 and a few WMS games.

Most of the Vegas Technology ones went too but there are a few new games from minor providers.

There are a couple of MG ones left, minor titles that probably weren't developed by MG originally.

Their Netent remains the same.

It seems that they have cleaned out games which get little play and concentrated on the popular titles (as you can see with their choice of WMS they've added.)

I can't see what the problem is. Playtech under one tab. Netent under another and the WMS/IGT etc. under another. Keeps things tidy and means for slower PC's you don't need to load about 3-400 thumbnails when going to the 'ALL GAMES' option.
If it bothers people they have an A-Z of just titles with no images at the bottom of each tab - click on those instead.

Many other sites do this like Ladbrokes, Paddy Power and Sky.
