Hey all. Thought id share my experiences at Slotsplus Casino with you. I see they're not accredited here, and am not surprised by that.
I've played a lot online over the years, but have never felt the need to complain about a casino before. Mainly because i was lucky enough to start and do most of my playing at 32Red, who i found to be a fair and competent online casino over the years. I felt like a change from Microgaming so played at some RTG casinos. Due to a terribly dry run on CWC and Intertops i gave up playing there and opened a Slotplus account.
I made 10 or 11 small deposits with bonuses trying it out and lost them all in terrible play. I was then invited in my messages to claim a 200% bonus "superbowl2015" so i deposited 25 dollars and had 75 to play with. I had a really good run for the first time there and ended up withdrawing 500 dollars. This is where the problems started. I heard absolutely nothing for a week, sent 2 emails asking why my funds were still in reverse in my account for no reply, went on live chat where i was put through to Finance chat to a Johana, only to be ignored for 30 minutes. So went back on chat to be told there finance department wasn't even there until Monday. I then received an email the next day(Sunday, so apparently there finance was there before Monday) stating that i hadn't reached the playthrough requirements which were 100 times deposit and bonus for Australian players lol. So i checked their bonus terms again more thoroughly this time, and down near the bottom it does state this. I was silly enough to not read the whole thing cos it was so long, and stopped reading once i saw there was no max cashout, and once i read their playthrough table higher in the bonus conditions which clearly states that it's 40 times playthrough, it doesn't have any notations or anything on that table stating only for US and Canadian players so i believe this table is very misleading. Also, the playthrough on my account was set at 40 times not 100 times, which is why i could withdraw when i did. So i figured lesson learned, ive already wagered 3.5k ill try and get it to 7.5k as required and not claim bonuses here in the future, even though i knew getting to 7.5k wagering and still withdrawing was highly unlikely.. Then came the next email a couple of hours later, it stated that the bonus i claimed was for USA and Canadian players only and my winnings have been taken from my account, leaving me with just the 25 dollar depsoit in there. My problem is i never saw this USA and Canada condition and i dont believe it to be true. They sent me an invitation in my "messages" part of the casino and advertised the bonus on my software, and they have since taken away my message so i can't even check if there was a clause like this on the bonus. They refuse to even answer my emails now.
I would of been a good patron there over time, but instead they treat me like this for no reason. Surely an online casino has some duty of care themselves?? Can they just send me invites to bonuses to my messages, allow me to claim it, then say it wasn't for Australian players and just take my winnings from my account?? Can they contradict their own bonus playthrough table with a sentence long condition further down the bonus terms? It's all so misleading.
