Whine and Moan Beware of Slotsplus! Especially Non US and Canadian players.

Hey all. Thought id share my experiences at Slotsplus Casino with you. I see they're not accredited here, and am not surprised by that.

I've played a lot online over the years, but have never felt the need to complain about a casino before. Mainly because i was lucky enough to start and do most of my playing at 32Red, who i found to be a fair and competent online casino over the years. I felt like a change from Microgaming so played at some RTG casinos. Due to a terribly dry run on CWC and Intertops i gave up playing there and opened a Slotplus account.

I made 10 or 11 small deposits with bonuses trying it out and lost them all in terrible play. I was then invited in my messages to claim a 200% bonus "superbowl2015" so i deposited 25 dollars and had 75 to play with. I had a really good run for the first time there and ended up withdrawing 500 dollars. This is where the problems started. I heard absolutely nothing for a week, sent 2 emails asking why my funds were still in reverse in my account for no reply, went on live chat where i was put through to Finance chat to a Johana, only to be ignored for 30 minutes. So went back on chat to be told there finance department wasn't even there until Monday. I then received an email the next day(Sunday, so apparently there finance was there before Monday) stating that i hadn't reached the playthrough requirements which were 100 times deposit and bonus for Australian players lol. So i checked their bonus terms again more thoroughly this time, and down near the bottom it does state this. I was silly enough to not read the whole thing cos it was so long, and stopped reading once i saw there was no max cashout, and once i read their playthrough table higher in the bonus conditions which clearly states that it's 40 times playthrough, it doesn't have any notations or anything on that table stating only for US and Canadian players so i believe this table is very misleading. Also, the playthrough on my account was set at 40 times not 100 times, which is why i could withdraw when i did. So i figured lesson learned, ive already wagered 3.5k ill try and get it to 7.5k as required and not claim bonuses here in the future, even though i knew getting to 7.5k wagering and still withdrawing was highly unlikely.. Then came the next email a couple of hours later, it stated that the bonus i claimed was for USA and Canadian players only and my winnings have been taken from my account, leaving me with just the 25 dollar depsoit in there. My problem is i never saw this USA and Canada condition and i dont believe it to be true. They sent me an invitation in my "messages" part of the casino and advertised the bonus on my software, and they have since taken away my message so i can't even check if there was a clause like this on the bonus. They refuse to even answer my emails now.

I would of been a good patron there over time, but instead they treat me like this for no reason. Surely an online casino has some duty of care themselves?? Can they just send me invites to bonuses to my messages, allow me to claim it, then say it wasn't for Australian players and just take my winnings from my account?? Can they contradict their own bonus playthrough table with a sentence long condition further down the bonus terms? It's all so misleading.

Feeling extremely ripped off over this. I understand they're not accredited here so there is probably nothing that can be done by casinomeister. I just want everyone that's not from the USA or Canada to be aware of the way this casino treats their players, and the reasons they use to get out of paying out winnings.
 
They belong to the Mainstreet group, and no, they are not accredited here.

They tried to be again not so long ago but they didn't make it just because they were treating people from outside USA differently.
100x wagering for all other countries.

Then they pay slow too, but they do pay I've heard. I've never signed up there so don't know much more.
 
Tirilej is spot on.

The WERE Accredited here a long time ago, but lost it because of slow payments. The Baptism By Fire in 2013 failed because of the very term that caught you out.

You would be allowed to Pitch-A-Bitch - but that will get you nowhere as it was YOU who failed to read the T&Cs which ARE on the website for all to see.

I met a rep from this casino in London last year and asked him about this rule. His answer was basically "we aren't really interested in players from outside the USA & Canada". Seems like a strange attitude to me, but otherwise I believe them to be a very honest and fair operator so I do still list their casinos on my website - with a CLEAR warning about the higher WR for non-American countries.

The only thing you can do is take it as a valuable lesson learned - and don't make the same mistake again.

BTW, when did this happen? I thought they closed Slots Plus in July 2014. :confused:

I understand i should of read the full bonus terms and conditions Kasino King. But i also think that their bonus playthrough table in their terms most definitely should have a notation of some sort on it. Just saying 40 times without any indication of anymore than that for certain countries is misleading. I'm sure im not the first to see that playthrough table and not the sentence contradicting it down near the bottom of the terms.

I also don't believe they can send me bonus offers to my messages, let me claim and then just say it was for USA and Canadian players only and just take my winnings from my account. If i'm not eligible for a bonus surely they shouldn't be sending offers for it to my messages, or even allowing my account to use the code. And i don't even know and can't even check if they are telling the truth that it was for USA and Canadian players as they took the message from my inbox.

It happened last week Kasino King, so they are still operating. Hopefully not for much longer though the way they treat players.

way better casinos always try a new one out with a small deposit and cashout and if you get messed about even the slightest find another. :)
