I deposited £45 at Thrills casino this week, and withdrew £400.
According to my bank statement i can see that i've had almost 6% added to the deposit (£47.65) and almost 3.5% deducted from the withdrawal (£386.52)

after contacting Thrill's live support, I was told that these charges are from my bank for exchanging GBP to Euros and back again.

I assumed from playing at many other casinos, that if I deposit GBP I'm Playing with GBP and withdrawing GBP. which wouldn't attract any exchange fees.

Apparently this is not the case

Weird. I would have thought the whole point in playing in your currrency at a casino that gives you the option is to avoid exchange fees. Otherwise what is the point?
