I guess you never asked before you went to Italy then?
Noone from Italy are allowed to play there and using a VPN without telling them first isn't ok.

You've been playing for so long that you should know these rules.
Let's hope they are willing to open the account for you again once you have explained but i would send a pm to their rep immediately.

Be very careful playing through VPNs.
If the casino operates in the country you're visiting you're better off letting them know you'll be travelling.

They probably did you a favour blocking your account beforehand.

Checks upon withdrawal are probably much stricter and you could have had your withdrawal confiscated.

However, Next time...would strongly recommend you to Notify by Email or Call any of your casino that you're traveling, they all have IP tracking now ects...you will mostly get block/ban trying to Log via another Location...specifically if you try to withdraw any of your money.
