Wow, what an excellent experience with betspin.

I've been playing online since 2000, back in the day of starnet.

I have never come across a more customer friendly casino than betspin.

Documents verified literally within 3 minutes.
Friendly and attentive customer service who are fluent in English.
First payout - processed within 3hrs and no option to reverse.

You naughty person - I have just taken your recommendation and opened an account with them. 4 deposits of £20, then one withdrawal of £500 later ...... :o)

Before submitting the withdrawal request, I thought I would upload my ID verification. Couldn't believe my eyes that they were approving it within seconds of my upload!! Withdrawal request now in place, so hopefully not long before I have casino tokens in my account to play with again!!

Joined Betspin a couple of weeks ago. Stunning service from registration to withdrawal. So good in fact that I felt the need to email the rep to tell him.

Daily Bonus Issue

I have been depositing at Betspin on and off for a while now, with and without bonuses. Today I checked out the daily bonus of a free £25 if I deposit £50 or more. I have been refused the bonus by Betspin as they say that my account has deposit patterns of a player that takes advantage of their bonuses!!! Why have 'daily bonuses'?! I was told that I will not receive the bonus so I withdrew my money. Very annoying that they let the funds come out of my account before telling me this!! Really disappointed in Betspin as they have been great up until now. Come on Betspin, I love your casino and want to play but I am not sure now.

First of all I'm sorry for the hassle. Nathalie escalated this to me and told me you would get this to attention of all our Casinomeister readers, which I understand.

The whole reason this happened is the that we have encountered quite a lot of very unusual game play that is only used to take the advantage of the casino. Therefore we have taken action and have come up with procedures to spot these instances to be able to review the situation and take action if needed.

The processes are still evolving and after reviewing your case we can only say that it was a mistake from our part. Good thing for us is that, this helps us to further improve our processes so we avoid situations like yours.

Gotta say I've been impressed with their customer service, notably the reps that seem ever- present on this forum, this can only be a good thing as it shows that they care about our concerns.

Not played there yet but you can be sure I will, solely based on that I trust my fellow members that have had good experiences there.

The hassle- free verification process is also a good touch as I don't want to have to go out of my way to prove that I'm not a bloody money launderer each time I withdraw, unlike some casinos I could mention. I'm all for providing documents but some sites really test one's patience.

They also have nigh-on every slot I tend to play, so I know straight up that I will enjoy playing there. Roll on payday already lol

Yesterday it was a minimum deposit of €50 but you got free spins to play Gemix or Reel Rush which are €0.50 a spin instead of the usual €0.20 a spin, with no wagering requirements of course. ;)

Was playing this evening, deposited £20 and was over £100 so decided I'd withdraw £70 and play with the rest.

Went to withdraw to Neteller and noticed that the site now prefills your Neteller ID and doesn't require your secret code. Great stuff.

Was one minor glitch - it wouldn't allow withdrawals below £100. Spoke to live chat who got someone to fix it - was done within 30 minutes.

Having worked in IT I know just how difficult it can be to get a dev interested let alone resolving a problem.

The customer focus and agility displayed by these guys never ceases to amaze me.

Surely when I suspend my account, I should not be receiving any promotional emails?

Perhaps the rep can pass their comments on this.

That's strange as we have an API setup with our ESP that should prevent any emails going out to players who have self excluded.
I will look into this straight away and try to find out why this has happened.

Obviously we definitely do not want to send any promotional emails to players who have self excluded for obvious reasons, so my sincere apologies for that.
I'll let you know our findings as soon as we have investigated this.

You are right, Jut because the account is closed should not mean you are put to the side, But betspin is one of the top casino out there at the minute & alow daily bonus has diped abit I am sure thery doing every thing possible to sort you out,

This is not something we have intentionally done for obvious reasons and we completely understand the severity of emailing players if they have self excluded.

That being said our tech guys have thoroughly investigated this matter and I am now pleased to confirm that a fix has been applied and I am 100% confident that this will not happen again.
