Hello all!
This is my first post. I am a long time lurker, especially to verify if a casino/pokerroom where I want to play, is legit, and I want to thank this forum for all the useful information I find here. Therefore I want to share my experience with this casino with you, and I hope it will be useful.
I might sound like a shill for Quasar, but I am absolutely not. I just want to share my experiences with this casino, especially for the people who love to play the Novomatic games and Slots. I am not connected to this casino in any way, so I don´t take any responsability for them.
I am not really a casino player. I play poker most of the times, the only casino slots that hit me for some reason are the Novomatic slots. I just like them, and although slots are a vacuum cleaner on the long term for my wallet, I just love to play them and chance on a big hit is always there. Novomatic slots are the most common slots in live casinos in my area.
So a few months ago I started to search online for Novomatic casinos, so I don´t have to go to the local casino anymore but play my favourite slots in my own chair in my own home.
I live in a country where not every online casino accepts players from my country.
Automatically, the first casino you will find is Stargames. They have far the most traffic and most Novomatic games and are open for almost every country in the world. Great place, great casino, but the customer support looks like non existent. Sometimes it takes more then a week to answer your mails and the payouts are (in my experience) horribly slow.
There are also some (shady?) russian sites who have Novomatic slots, like Futuriti and a bunch of clones of that casino.
Although they give you bonuses on every deposit, I just have a bad feeling with those casinos, and I can´t find a way to be sure those slots are fair. Most of them have the classic games of Novomatic and not the Deluxe.
A few weeks ago I discovered Quasargaming. They have the same slots and software as Stargames. There are less available still, but there is still plenty of choice.
I decided to try them out. Deposited, verified, and the first day I was a litttle bit lucky. I won a small amount of €100.00 and decided to try to cash it out to my bank.
I was very surprised to see literally the day after it was already available in my bank account.
They also have a chat available, which is not open the whole day. In my experience you can reach them just in the mornings (GMT+1), but you can always ask your questions by email, and they really answer quick and always polite.
Untill now, for me, Pokerstars was the only online gaming platform with an outstanding customer support, but Quasar gaming really surprised me. For sure there are a lot more out there with a great service, but as I said, I don´t play that much in casinos and have the tendency to just play at rooms where I am used to play, and am always afraid to try something else.
After you made a certain amount of deposits, they contact you that you have become a VIP member of their casino. I am a VIP now since a week, and have a personal manager, who answers all my questions. During working hours she responds me literally within 5 minutes sometimes, and they really try to help you with all your questions. They also surprise you by putting bonuses in your account if you are a regular player. You also get a bonus on your first and second deposit ánd there is a wager bonus.
I am not that bonus hunter, so I can not tell you if those bonuses are attractive in comparison with other casino´s. I hardly use bonuses. I just want to deposit, lose or win and cashout directly without restrictions, so just the real bonuswhores can confirm if there bonus programm is attractive or not.
The wager bonus is okay in my opinion. If you reach 10.000 points you get €50.00 bonus, but in my opinion it should be more attractive for smaller players to give out bonuses like €10 for 2.000 points. That will be also more attractive for the smaller players who don´t bet like €5 per spin. I told them about it and they said they will really take a look at it, if it is an option to change this.
They say that when you are a VIP, payouts will be even faster, although I have no idea how much faster it will be, since all my cashouts were processed within like an hour. It could be it takes some longer if they are not available (like during the night or weekends) but in general they are incredible fast!
I will write down here the pro´s and cons in my opinion:
Pro´s:
* Customer support is outstanding, fast and very friendly
* Payouts are incredible fast and as far as I know, there are no maximum cashouts (I´m not 100% sure of that, I will have to find out)
* Once you are a VIP member you really get the feeling somebody is always there for you
* If you are still not a VIP member I had the same feeling, to be honest
* They have the great Novomatic slots and games
Cons:
* At the moment they just have a few deposit options: Webmoney, Credit Card, Neteller, Moneta and Moneybookers for some countries
But they are in the process of adding more deposit options like: UKASH, Paysafecards and more options they told me
* They have less games then for example Stargames, but they are also working on that, they told me. More games to come
* I For some reason I had a problem deposting with my credit card. When I deposited it gets declined, but it did get deducted from my Credit Card, but this is more a problem of my bank. The amount of the failed deposit was deposited back on my card in a few days. As a solution I used Entropay, and in this whole process they were very helpful.
* The site itself could be a little bit more user friendly, but that is just my opinion, and I see they are changing a lot. Many languages are available.
I just have a very good feeling with this casino and I wanted to share this for people who are looking out for good Novomatic casinos. I know there are more good Novomatic casinos available online, but most of them do not accept players from all countries. For those who have this problem I can really recommend Quasargaming. I am really surprised they still do not have as much traffic as for example: Stargames and I really hope for them they will get more traffic if they handle the things like they are doing at the moment, because in my opinion they deserve it.
