Thing is Paul, I agree with everything you've written but I'm not just referring to rep activity although I have to note just how active they were earlier in the year relative to now, not just answering queries but with special promos and other interaction on the forum.

I'm referring to the wider context - the lack of discussion about them, not seeing any minion data recently - have a look at their page, only two since August but loads each month before that.

I'm not suggesting it means anything beyond the fact that they just don't seem to have kept up the momentum here. I think Phil was a strong driving force behind establishing the brand and I dare say any casino would be lucky to bring him on board in the future.

Had a quick look at Askgamblers and same lack of activity is apparent there too.

I know What you are saying and I agree. But lack of info on them also shows lack of complaints so they are doing something right.

But I agree I thought they would go onto great things but seems they are good but just as good as other casinos.

But its weird what happens when someone leaves after setting up a casino. The casino seems to just stagnate and doesn't get worse but doesn't seem to improve.

Guess it comes down to how active the rep was before the changes and people on here look at no rep activity and wonder why. Same can be said for Guts. The new Reps are good but rarely active compared to when Ben was in charge. Nothing wrong with it but as the saying goes out of sight out of mind.

I feel that if a reps saw around forums etc more it reminds people of them and they might go hmmm ive not deposited there for a while think ill try them again as liked them.

Funny, I was thinking something along those lines myself.

I thought there would have been more fanfare with all the steam they had built up here. They very recently added Paysafe, and re-added EcoPayz, however not a word of it anywhere. They are an awesome casino, I do play there, lightning fast payouts, prompt courteous live chat but they seem to have little to no interest in promoting themselves these days via email or on the forums.

Thank you for all the comments. I admit we have not been close to as active as we used to after Phil left. We have been concentrating on improving the product and planning version 2 of Betspin. Latest addition was our Xmas Adventure (not available in Canada) in which we get to try out our gamification engine. The main prize is a luxury trip to Lapland.

If someone from CM wins it, I promise I'll join for the trip and add 500€ extra cash as a special prize for winning CM user.

You guys have been tremendous help along the way even during our absence and I'm ashamed due to this. I don't want to go promising changes now as it would look just plain bad before CM Awards. We are doing our best to serve our active customers but we could do much better attracting new customers and activating old ones. I hope those who are still with us enjoy us and those who have been with us at some point try out the new promotions.

Regarding the version 2 of Betspin, I would highly appreciate your comments on what would make us better (lack of interaction at the forums is noted). It can be improvements to product, way of communicating, promotions etc. All ideas and comments are more than welcome.

Yes I started geting emails also, I do see one now and than but the promo side of things turned sour, I just did not bother to open them,

2nd thank you for the 200% bonus, You do not see that much in a long time of any site, But trouble is it has put me of your site, Unsure if alot of players took the offer and slowed down the servers but my play time was horrible, The lag was enought to put any one off than the errors that come,

I must say I have stoped playing alot of sites due to this sort of stuff so not really had lag and errors untill yestoday when took your offer,

I can honestly say it was one of the worst experience I come across, Not because I busted as I stuck 20 in with 40 bonus and in my first few spins i was in 3 figures, It was the lag and errors, I had enough of them from the IPS sites which I not played in ages, Funny thing is its always the players fault? Its funny how you go on some sites like VS and they have the most games, alot of providers and you run into no such trouble? I certainly not run into erors on there site,

We have had similar amounts of traffic other times as well with no lag so this was something really surprising which we need to look into. I will see if the tech team can find any reason for the lag next week and get back to you.

Had the same wih Thrills / Superlenny. Just like that from one day to tomorrow, no warning, no email. ...NAAADA.

The funny part is there is no legal reason in Thailand as there is no law against online gambling here.

I am currently investigating why existing customers can't login since I was under the impression the business decision for the platform was to block new sign-ups and not existing customers, like on Guts and Rizk. I will get back to you when I get an answer regarding this.

we have not changed the minimum deposit (€/$/£ 20 / 200kr), although different promotions can have different minimum deposits.

When it comes to the Game of the Week the emails have links in them which goes to the promo page where the game of the week can be found.

Ok, got me there.

But I was referring to if the block was a miss from our side and we could open up again. If not, then the bad thing was that the email was sent out.

With that said, if we revert the block which I am hopeful we will, I highly doubt this will be done today. First I need to wait for the answer, then our IT guys will do it on Monday since its Friday and rather late. I rather be upfront and give you this information now instead of wasting your time with hopes it will be resolved during the weekend.

I am afraid we have to remain closed in both Faroe Islands and Greenland.
