Have you been asked for security documents yet and verified? If not, I'd be pro-active and send them in your ID, copy of any card and a recent utility bill. I'm sure a request would be forthcoming Monday if they haven't asked already.

The reason we need to get the documents uploaded and not by email is strictly for your own security, but I understand it can be frustrating when it was not easily accessible for you.

As mentioned earlier in the thread a big chunk of our withdrawals are handled Instantly (60-70% of them). However in certain cases we need to handle them manually. In such cases its usually handled well within 12 hours of the withdrawal request. If a withdrawal has been pending for over 24 hours, do not hesitate to contact me and I'm happy to look into it. Do however keep in mind I do not work during weekend :)
