Have you been asked for security documents yet and verified? If not, I'd be pro-active and send them in your ID, copy of any card and a recent utility bill. I'm sure a request would be forthcoming Monday if they haven't asked already.

If you didn't break any terms of a bonus, I expect things should be fine. They have a good reputation here.

Yes all sent did send yesterday but was told they wont accept by email have to upload on my account which is hard with my phone but all done so hopefully verifed soon

Once you are verified they payout smaller amounts instantly. Bigger withdrawals need some more time but are still very fast.

The reason we need to get the documents uploaded and not by email is strictly for your own security, but I understand it can be frustrating when it was not easily accessible for you.

As mentioned earlier in the thread a big chunk of our withdrawals are handled Instantly (60-70% of them). However in certain cases we need to handle them manually. In such cases its usually handled well within 12 hours of the withdrawal request. If a withdrawal has been pending for over 24 hours, do not hesitate to contact me and I'm happy to look into it. Do however keep in mind I do not work during weekend
