I can sense some aggression here....and it is not warranted. I have not attacked you AT ALL. In fact, I'm on your side 100% as is everyone else (except the casino of course). You are directing your frustration etc at the wrong target.
How am I using you as a soapbox? Mentioning what you posted (publicly) and using it as an example is hardly 'using' you for anything. I have to say I'm really disappointed with that comment, as I am with the 'justice vigilante' label.
As far as taking the issue 'beyond Diane' - well of course I am, the issue
is way more than about you personally - it's about players waiting weeks and weeks to be paid
what it legitimately theirs, with no explanation provided apart from 'technical difficulties'. It's about a casino that is happy to take your money instantly, but pay you when they 'get around to it'.
It's about a casino that states 7-10 business days as it's
standard cashout timeframe....which is shocking to say the least....but they don't even abide by
that - and do you know why they have these cashout terms?? They have them because people
accept them.
You are obviously not happy and quite concerned about the cashout timeframes. You posted on an almost daily basis about whether or not you were paid, and you emailed Nicolas several times - even though the stated timeframe of 10 business days had not even passed. Why would you do that if you weren't worried yourself? Hell, I would be considering others have been waiting weeks.
My point? Well, all the stuff you posted here was obviously your own experience along with some data (not being paid after 10 bus days is data it's not an opinion), and I assume you did this to assist others who might be in the same boat or thinking of depositing at BP in the future. No problem. It is

You don't have to take my advice or agree with anything I say. I post here to make it clear to anyone who might be new to the industry or haven't played anywhere else except BP that this is not the way things should be done and that there are much better places to play.
You seem to like bonuses which is great. If you want to take the 200% or 900% bonuses or whatever, then you have to accept that it might take several weeks to be paid. You know that now, even if you didn't before. So, if you deposit again you know that's how it rolls. BP are not going to change their policies while players keep going back and supporting the present ones.
Finally, everything I have said is based on nothing but the facts. The huge delays, the empty promises, the unanswered emails, the lack of communication and the inability to fix an issue with their cashier inside of 5 days (just to name a few). I'm not making any of this up, you have stated it yourself - I am just putting 2 and 2 together and getting 4. You are interested mainly in your own situation and getting paid, and thats understandable.....but nothing I say or do is going to get in the way so I will continue to call it as I see it - and you can sit it out and wait, as that is your choice.
