I started playing the free tourneys and then admit the 600-900% bonus was enticing enough to get me to deposit.

Earlier today I deposited $150 @ 900% ($1,350) = $1500. Made it through the WR and ended up with $2,198. So net profit was good. It will be my first cash out from their site, so I am tracking it closely. But then my first cashout any any new casino, I watch closely. Deposit was through QT which is my requested method of withdrawal also.

At this point I have nothing to complain about at all. But if it starts to go south, I will report back. Likewise if it goes smooth, I will post that also.

I took the same bonus and got it up to over $4000 and of course they told me I can only take $975 and I'm still waiting on that since the 7th. They said it takes 7 to 10 days to process. I have gotten 5 cashouts with clubworld equaling more than what I am still waiting for. I hope we both get our money. Anyone know the casinos that cashout out in a day or two???:confused:

No, I wasn't trying to put any money IN --- just played a free tourney and wanted to check on the status of my pending withdrawal. But I am only on business day 3 following my w/d request so I don't expect anything until late next week at the earliest or maybe never. But I will remain slightly optimistic until I know for sure. As of right now this is my first withdrawal attempt.

Will see how it plays out.

I don't understand why people keep supporting places like this who couldn't be bothered paying out in a reasonable timeframe.

If they can't pay you within 48 hours they don't care about you as a customer - pure and simple.

but you are from Australia, right? That means you can play just about any casino that you want. In America we are very limited to what casinos are available to us. Mostly Rivals and RTG other than English harbour group. So we don't have the luxury of playing at intercasino or 32Red.

We also dont have the withdrawal options that our friends elsewhere have. They should change places with us for awhile and then just maybe they would have a clearer picture as to why we get a bit bent out of shape sometimes, its not easy for any US player at the moment and yes we do envy the fact that you all can play at 32 Red and other cool casinos that we used to be able to until our Goverment decided we needed babysitting in the comfort and privacy of our own homes.

The US is a huge market and our Goverment is the ones that are losing out in all that tax revenue they could be bringing in so until they get their heads out of their asses we are limited to a few good casinos that have not kicked us to the curb and still value our custom.

Why? I can only speak for myself.

I started playing the free tournaments and decided to try the "juicy" bonuses400-600 and then the 900% bonus. This was the first time I won, so my first attempt at cashing out. I did not know there was a problem. I don't research every place to the nth degree ------If it doesn't work for some reason, then I won't go back. But it was worth a shot for me.

So far I am not complaining since I am still within their stated payout timeframe. But I am watching the calendar. Am I putting any more more IN, no, of course not. Will I put any money in if I don't get paid within stated terms (per the emailed chats....) NO.

I may not play again if I get paid due to long time associated with withdrawals compared to the other sites that turn my withdrawals around in 1-3 business days max. But sometimes you just decide to "try".

Now, regarding BetPhoenixCasino. I see several sub-topics within this thread. So let me try to address them one by one, as I think I will be able to get to each point more effectively this way:


1- Bonuses With High Restrictions/Low Comps

We have created ways for players to enjoy bonuses comps, each targeted to different player types:
A- High Bonuses, High Restrictions, Low Comps
Huge bonuses like 900% and such must come with a max cashout and low comps, we couldn't offer such high bonuses otherwise. They are designed for players to maximize playing time.
B- Lower Bonuses, Lower restrictions
We have no max cashout bonuses, low playthrough and cashable bonuses, but with low bonus %s. They are intended for players that want an extended bankroll, but not be tied into severe restrictions.
C- No Bonuses, 10% Cash Back + Good Comps
For players that don't want any restrictions, we offer cash back and high comps. This option is available at the player's request.


2- Countries with Restrictions

I'm really sorry, but that is something our risk management guys have determined is necessary. I'm not able to get this changed. It is nothing personal, and if anything it is a complement on the playing skills of people from those jurisdictions. And yes, there are ways of playing to maximize cash outs even with slots. I'm not allowed to post how, but it is hardly a secret and there are known techniques to many here.


3- Payout Time Frames
This is something we need to lower, but for the time being, we will leave our time frames as are. We will do all that is possible to ensure players receive payment within stated time frames, and with few exceptions, this has happened.


4- Regarding RTP,
I'm looking into this, I want players to be happy. :notworthy

If I was arguing I would have challenged someone else's opinion or said they were wrong. I didn't. I just stated my opinion which has never been any different.

When I say "paid within 48 hours " I mean released via whatever payment method they have chosen. How long it takes to actually reach you is beyond the casinos control.

However there is NO good reason why the payment can't be processed in that timeframe and that is what I'm getting at - if they WANTED to they WOULD.

Anyway, you are all talking like there's only BP and one or two others for US players to play at......this is not the case. What about inetbet and club world and bet on soft casinos like lucky creek etc - they all process payouts within 48 hours and quite often less

I'm saying that by accepting 4-5 day timeframes you are accepting an inferior service. - and you don't have to.

Nicolas is a good guy. He just keeps backing the wrong horse IMO.

One topic that was NOT addressed yesterday is the problem that is currently going on with your cashier system. Since yesterday morning we have been unable to view any of the cashier data due to technical difficulties (I was quoted this by your chat rep). I was told yesterday that it would be up and running by last evening and that as a result withdrawals were being delayed.

I just checked again a few minutes ago, same problem, no access to any cashier info and live chat said it was unknown when it would be operational.

Naturally we all get nervous when these things happen. Can you give us an update on the issues. Will it impact pending withdrawals?

I have sent two emails to payouts@betphoenixcasino.com per instructions from your live chat. No response.

Today I asked live chat for a number that I could use to contact the payouts department and was told that "they would contact me".

I am getting concerned. Can you provide an update either here or to me privately due to my 2 prior contacts with you?

I chatted with Nicolas yesterday and there are no depositing or withdrawals going in or out until they have the cashier upgraded, this is very upsetting to the Casino players and Nicolas, he does strive to always put the players first and his hands are tied at the moment.

He will be updating the forum as to what happened as soon as the issue is fixed, we know that Nicolas is forum friendly and doesnt shy away from questions, so lets just see what happens Monday as I have complete respect in what he says.

I don't know why no one else has posted about this -- board was unusually quiet which is why I brought it back up again earlier today. Cashier feature has been inoperable for days.

But per live chat there were "no delays" with pending withdrawals....but then no responses to emails, which is why I took the approach that I did. I tried Nicholas via PM and private email without a response so far. But then again he doesn't know me as I am a relatively new player at BetPhoenix a few deposits and then this is my first attempt at withdrawal requested 1/16. So I am really only at 5 business days and counting.....

I gave kudos to Nicholas for his post earlier in the thread, but no mention was made of the shutdown of the cashier function which has already happened at the time he posted (If I remember correctly)

I continue to watch and wait.

A big issue like your cashier being down tends to effect a casino's operation pretty heavily. Diane, have you provided the casino with the completed cashback form and copies of your ID and a recent utility bill? You will also need copies of any credit cards you used to deposit.

I made a withdrawal request from BetPhoenix on the 7th/8th and have been getting the run around. They told me 7-10 business days then came Friday and I talked with Omar was also told to email that same address and still no reply. This is my first withdrawal and the experience playing was great I was ready to put some of my winnings back into their casino until now. I even asked if there was a delay and he just simply didnt respond so after 5 minutes I gave up. I hope this $975 isn't going down the drain. :mad:
 
please keep us informed on this situation. as i play there randomly. never had a cash out of much so if i did win id really like to know if i would get my money.
