Non-Bonus Complaint Betoto doesn't pay wins.

Hello,

I have a problem with betoto.com.

I have won 341 EUR, playing casino welcome bonus. (17.10.10)
The deposit was 400 EUR. The bonus was 200 EUR. I withdrew 741 EUR.

4 days after my withdrawal (21.10.10), I have tried to log into my account, but it was closed. Also the withdrawal wasn't paid.

(2.11.10) - They wrote that will refund my account only with 400 EUR deposit.

There is no explanation provided from casino representatives.

I do not accept the situation.

Please advise what to do.
