Why would you want to sue Bethard?

You would have to open a case against them (Bethard Group Limited) in Malta. That cost about €3000. Find a good Maltese lawyer.

If problems persist, the correct course would be to raise a complaint with them, if that fails go through their ADR and if that fails, put a case to their licence issuer if they are in breach of their licence.

Costly business taking them to court, especially if you lose and have to pay their legal bill as well. Go by the book and you can't go far wrong.

I hear you Bro, as soon as I get that kind of runaround I show them a clean pair of heels, take my deposit back, close my account, they are not worth the bother. Not all Maltese casinos are like that, but a good proportion of them are.
