I have been playing on bethard sportsbook for some days and I have always deposited via Trustly. For some reason one day Trustly didn't work so I deciced to deposit via Sofort. This was on 10th of December. On the same day I requested two withdrawals with a total amount of 2467 Euros via Trustly.
The days before I did several withdrawals via Trustly that have been forwarded in between minutes.
Since then I only get the answer from support that they are still waiting for some kind of confirmation from Sofort that my deposit has reached them. After hundreds of chats and forwarding my bank account statement with the booking they are still not ready to complete the pending withdrawals. Right now I am waiting for 10 days with the same answer day in, day out.
Anyone else has made this experience with them or can help me with it?
