Betfred - Positive Steps

Just wanted to note that Betfred and their New Casino Manager are listening to the players.

Withdrawals are now put straight for processing (No pending or ability to reverse) and the Denomination change (0.02c) is now visible.

I was only able to play 0.01c and if you wanted to change bet size, there was a steep jump to 0.05c.

Agreed. Played there a fair bit over the last 3 weeks or so and it's starting to compete with the other bookmaker casinos on service & cashouts from what I've seen too

Glad to hear they are listening, its a positive start. A major UK brand like this cannot afford to let standards slip in one product as it will reflect on them as a whole. I agree that something could be done about the betting increments, although there has been a few casinos bumping these up recently.

That's great news about the denomination increment from 1 to 2 now. I stopped playing there as much because 1 wasn't enough sometimes but 5 was too much . Nice job guys..

When I posted earlier I was referring to the Change in the usual Playtech slots - Marvel and Co. If this is the case, I hope they change it because that is ludicrous.

Edited to add - My Bet limits seem to be normal and I can take it down to a coin size of 0.01c (0.72c bet) ...

reducing line costs cleopatra betfred

dear betfred like many players i love playing cleopatra but at 10p per line 20 lines is 2 pounds a spin why can you not reduce the line costs like other casinos to 1p or 2p .

Are Skrill withdrawal requests still held as reversible and manually processed? I know they were up until a couple of weeks ago when I last played. Is there any plan to fully automate all withdrawal types?

Hi dougbet1,

The e-wallets are reversible while they are pending and, yes, it is still manual system for now. The reversal period is therefore as quick as we can process them and this varies according to the time of the withdrawal and payment method etc.

We do indeed have plans to automate all payments and we're waiting on our payment solutions provider to make the necessary changes and deploy.

If there's anything I can help with then let me know - I can always fast track payments by arranging the queue
