Apologies if this isn't allowed or is deemed spam (feel free to remove it) but thought I'd make a change of pace and offer some positive praise for some of the online casinos I've played with recently, maybe it will be useful for someone but regardless I think it's worth giving credit where it's due.
Namely AllBritishCasino (L&L) who are hands down the best online casino I've ever dealt with and this is wholly down to the support team who are absolutely fantastic and addressing anything incredibly quickly and in a friendly manner, I wish all casinos could be like this - they really should then maybe the industry wouldn't have such a bad reputation. Others I've played with that are worth a positive note are PlayOJO who have also been generally very good, no issues with £10,000s of deposits/withdrawals over the past few months, their support isn't quite on the same level with it being a bit hard to get a hold of a human and transactions are a bit slower but everything does go smoothly even if it takes a bit longer. Out of the larger conglomerete casino operators, SkyBet, Betfair, etc (Flutter) are probably the best from my experience with pretty good support but transactions are heavily limited and it seems impossible to get limits raised even with supporting documentation.
A brief mention on those I'd probably avoid, and this is again just my personal experience, anything LeoVegas related (BetMGM, 21, etc), had nothing but issues with them over the years and from my experience dealing with support they are quite often outright rude. Not a big fan of JumpmanGaming (FortuneGames, Sunplay, lots of licensed newspaper sites) either, the user experience on their site is not great and there is no live support/phone support so getting any assistance is very hit and miss.
