When should I get concerned?

I recently joined Playamo Casino after seeing some positive reviews online.

I played a ton of money and luckily won some of it back. I managed to get a withdrawal of 500$ within an hour of requesting it.

I have 4 withdrawals pending to the sum of about 5k. I received an email last night asking for more ID verification which I provided and today I saw it was approved.

I’ve spoken to my customer service several times and keep being told it’s being processed but I’m nearing 24 hours now and the site has a 12 hour or less withdrawal for e transfer promise in it. Seeing as the first withdrawal was seamlessly quick, I’m now becoming increasingly concerned. I also saw after joining this forum that the Playamo casino is very poorly reviewed here.

Am I totally screwed here or is there a chance
I’ll receive those funds?

Our PAB service is the most established Online Casino complaint center - full stop.
Hi Golfgirl123 and firstly welcome to Casinomeister. I have not played at the casino in question, nor personally know much if anything about it first hand. Although I am sure some of the members here will have.

That said, sounds to me that the KYC with your docs is still ongoing. 24 hours is not unheard of and the KYC process can take a couple of days.

However, should by Monday or Tuesday you still have not received your withdrawal or had an update from the casino, you might want to consider submitting a complaint using our free PAB service here Online Casino Complaints

But, I would wait until some other people on the forum chime in on this thread :-)

Thank you so much for the message. My casino host confirmed earlier that my documents were verified and I unfortunately let this eat away at me all day. I just submitted a PAB right before this thread was approved and I’m realizing now I probably submitted too early. Hopefully it resolves itself quickly. Thinking I may have too little of a threshold for anxiety to be gambling on new casino sites 😂
 
Yup, I’m +1 on what the other guys have said: Dama = good, wait = normal(ish), PAB on hold until you @golfgirl123 give us an update (in your PAB Ticket please).
