Betfair verification issue

I have now sent my bank statement, screenshot from the deposit, electricity bill, etc. several times. All done according to their ask in the email or the info on their site. But for five days, they still haven’t managed to verify my account. After I sent my driver’s license multiple times, it at least seems to be accepted.

In the chat, I always get the same answer: they’ll get back to me by email. They never do.

It wouldn’t matter otherwise, but I have 1300 to withdraw from there (no bonuses used, no multiple accounts).

Is this normal with Betfair, or how should I proceed?

Since Betfair became part of Flutter things changed very dramatically for players. Everything is fine until you want to speak to CS or want to withdraw money. There is no rep here for Betfair I am afraid. You can submit a complaint, but I would be inclined to wait a little longer if you can. Keep pestering CS, get your money back and then consider opening an account somewhere else. There is a list of accredited casinos that Casinomeister recommends.
