Stumbled across BetEast Casino (new sponsors of Swansea Football Club) yesterday as I was up to deposit limits at my usual haunts and as I had a withdrawal or two processed, thought I would try these guys out.

Well, I opened an account there yesterday, deposited £25 and made a withdrawal of £75 to test the waters. It got approved pretty quick and didn't need to send any documents in, so deposited another £25, this time getting a nice win on GoT (per winners screenshots) and a nice bit of play time on other slots, resulting in a withdrawal of £175 last night.

Both deposits via a debit card and withdrawal back to debit card. To my astonishment, both amounts have recently hit my bank account, less than 24 hours after making the request!

Pretty good service overall and has certainly cheered me up in readiness of the weekend!

Nice to see many casinos (most of which are accredited here) are now providing a speedy and efficient service without too much grief. Keep up the good work guys!

Just worked it out to be around 14 hours for withdrawal to be approved, processed and received into bank account, which isn't bad for a debit card transaction! Even more so impressive as it was on a new account opened that day.

I can only go from my dealings with them. I dealt with a few customer complaints at the time, the customer support was both arrogant and rude, I had a chat log at the time of one customer being told 'you are getting nothing you cheating bastard, follow the rules next time'. The customer then asked which rule he had broken and the exact response was 'I'm not talking to you anymore, theres nothing you can do' then terminated the chat session.

He hadn't broken any bonus terms.

They were also quite rude when I was speaking with them, weren't so much when the national newspapers started running stories on them though.
