Hello everybody!

My first post here.

I am a fan of Net Ent games and I play at casinos using this software. I find things pretty straight forward with them. From time to time, in an attempt to 'reset' my luck I try a new casino :) I know it seems foolish, but somehow it works for me... and it never worked better than the last time!

I found Betboo while searching online. Website looks legit, and they say they are run by a company listed on the London Stock Exchange. I see it is a site focused more on Turkey and Latin countries.

Anyway, I made a 50 eur deposit, the casino welcome bonus kicked in, and boy was I in for a ride! I hit the jokers on Jackpot6000 3 times and I managed to finish the wagering requirement for the bonus at 3550 euro. I played mainly J6000 and some Gonzo's Quest at the end.

Live chat support confirmed that I met the requirements and advised to send in my verification documents, which I did right away and then I requested a withdrawal of 1550 euro. A couple of days later I couldn't log into my account and after asking about it on live chat, I've been requested to send photos of me holding the id. I promptly complied.

Today I come back to live chat and they eventually told me that I "hacked" the system by using a bot and they will investigate with Net Ent tomorrow. I tried to argue that I had no reason because I played slots and I've been told "what difference does it make?". They said to come back on live chat tomorrow afternoon.

Hopefully it will get resolved, but I begin to think I was unlucky winning this much, especially after seeing now that Betboo is not as reputable as other Net Ents.

.

I´ve played hundreds of casinos online and this is one of the few I had problems with. Withdrawal just wasn´t paid and support just ignored my emails. I remember checking the owners and sending an email to a person there who seemed important enough. Didn´t get a reply but the next day they paid after about a month.

I see they are owned by a company called Gaming VC, who recently acquired SportingBet. Don't have an account with SportingBet, but they were advertising in my country.

...the waiting is killing me :(

And could you now send us a picture of you dressed as a clown, holding a bucket of baked beans hanging upside down?

 You should totally work in casino security, you'd have such great photos to share with us!

I don't know much about BetBoo but usually when a casino wants a photo of a person holding the ID it's because the edges have been cropped or some other reason they think that it might be fake. Of course that doesn't explain their 'bot' comment but that may just be a case of support not knowing what they're talking about. New player, bonus, big win - security will be swarming all over it, and I'm sure a legit casino would do the same.

Anyhow hope it works out for you but in case it doesn't, I'm pretty sure you could make use of the PAB service Casinomeister offers. As far as I know BetBoo isn't listed in the no-can-do section. I could be wrong though, let me check!

EDIT: I couldn't find them on the no-can-do, the rogue list OR the reservation. And I'm pretty sure they're not accredited. So yeah if you don't get anywhere in the next week or so, try doing a PAB and let's see if Bryan can get that casino placed somewhere. :)

Totally agree! I didn't have any problem with providing a photo holding ID. I actually took two (holding front and back of the ID).

It was a big unexpected win, but I only bet 2 eur/spin on Jackpot6000 and 4 eur/spin on Gonzo's Quest; I know casinos restrict big bets when playing with a bonus. I hit the jokers three times on J6000 and that is where my winnings come from. Hopefully they check today with Net Ent and see that ...and the breaks I took during play, especially after the first big win when I was monkeying around :D

Can you please provide a photo of you doing this. Holding a banana is optional but recommended.

I hope this turns out OK. I don't remember seeing a serious issue with any NETent casino, so would be shame if there was one.

I went on live chat again. Support says they are now awaiting response from Net Ent. Funny thing is, as I have checked now, their terms mention nothing about bot play or automatic play or whatever ...not that it has any relevance for how I played.

On Monday there will be 2 weeks since I played at Betboo, so there's been plenty of time for investigations. If nothing happens by Tuesday, I will file a complaint here, if I'm allowed to do so.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Maybe Betboo just can't believe someone could get 3 jackpots in one go without 'hacking' the system somehow, and have to ask netent if it's actually possible for someone to win 3 jackpots in a row :what:

I've regained access to the account and live chat support says everything is fine now.

The previous withdrawal has been canceled so I submitted a new one. Hopefully it will get processed... I'll let you know when it does.

Jackpot6000, Supernudge6000 and MegaJoker are all VERY high variance games, when they're in the mood it'll drop you winnings by a tenfold, when it's cold.. well, they're taking everything. Though particulary MegaJoker have a RTP of 98% (closer to 99% I think), so it can be a good slot to build your balance on. Hit and miss as said.

For a 1€ bet these are the grand prizes, which are actually not so rare one should think:

J6000: 600€
SN600: 600€
MJ: 200€

My main "strategy" is to begin on MJ, after getting a 200€ winning I proceed to J6000, if/when I get a 600€ winning I switch between MJ (higher bets) and SN6000.
