For vast majority, actually - for all of it, I'm in complete agreement. I would like to clarify the example you put forward though, if possible. The scenarios we look at are much wider than presented: game type, bet type by game type, deposit turnover (of course), type of play (autospin y/n), deposit method, deposit method vs withdrawal method, etc.. Sometimes things wouldn't be clear cut after only one deposit, so in those cases we would generally let it ride into the next case scenario while taking a closer look..

I wouldn't say the fine line is drawn at recognising the type of play actually - we've actually never had a complaint derived from our decision. Once caught, such "players" (i shouldn't call them that, really) just move their patterns onto the next place.

The fine line for me is drawn between trying to safeguard absolute transparency in the terms without 1) providing more information to the risk group which can be used to bypass the warning signs and 2) simply overly complicating the terms which would then need consistent update for any development as we learn and grow and change, or times change.. To me, that is the hardest part - safeguarding the player from the Casino's potential misuse of terms, without limiting the casino staff to do their job, while also not complicating the content to the point of it being putting off out of confusion in the end. To me, that's the real balancing act.

Yes they do. I wanted to achieve complete segregation of brands, meaning that bonuses by players can be taken on all brands without penalties and playing across the brands isn't in any way penalised; and in order to achieve that the system and its conditions were segregated also.

That's not to say that in valid cases we cannot facilitate a migration of the KYC process, but I and my team would appreciate if new SlottyVegas customers went through the documentation process on SV as if they were approaching a brand new casino.

With that in mind: a new upload facility is being deployed on both BETAT and SV brands next week, to make the process smoother and more secure.

well did sign up last night, and so far all is smooth thos supercharger games get my head in though
i did deposit €35 took the 100% bonus so playing with €70, my balance is now 130 with €350 wagerd but only got 0.05 in supercharge wins?
even had a win of 400x on the CFTBL that didn give me any SC win.
and now i see others getting a Nifty $4 even up 15 bux suoercharge wins so
got thos 0.05 pretty quick, but when i think off it once i dipped into the bonus i havent had it ?

You cant argue mathematics - the challenge will be no allowing the poor RTP sessions to deter the customers from the obvious high returns that come over a lifetime of gaming.

Closure of account for non-gambling related reason will not see such limitation spread across the brands.

My RTP was over 100% at the time I closed my BetAt account. I did not specify a reason, only a time frame of 12 months.

I regret that now so I guess this means I can't play for another 9 months. This is why I was wondering if it would be possible to join Slotty Vegas.

I had an odd £45 in my Neteler account, so i thought I'd give it a go. Played a little on wish master, which was as bad as ever (2 of the decent bonus symbols dropped, But it still cost me more to play them through than I won). so I switched to DOA. The bonus round eventually dropped in after around 400 spins and I got a wildline

Well that's batshit crazy IMO, as by wagering on your withdrawal amount would likely be different from what is now therefore if you kept winning you'd never be able to withdraw, and if you wagered the 1200 necessary NOW then the withdrawal amount would change downwards most likely therefore the WR would too?
This may also contradict the minimum deposit turnover term as that we are told would be less at 3 or 5 x 45 deposit, so which is it for pete's sake?
Plus you can't withdraw more than 450 as that would breach the 10x deposit withdrawal term. It seems CS aren't in-tune with Igor's intentions here...

Mistakes happen. That is why each account has a direct link to the casino manager in the "my account" section. If they feel wronged, best we can do is offer an ear of someone that can make a difference, easily, even if they aren't a CM member
