One area that can be improved on relates to the verification of documents I received a request for docs- id card and address proof and within an hour or so was sent an email stating the account was now fully verified. Several hours later I was surprised when I received yet another mail stating I needed to send a screenshot of my ewallet showing at least one transaction to the casino. Only after sending this can my account be fully verified. Well, I though this was fully verified a few hours ago when I was told they only required my ID card and address proof.. This is an area for improvement Igor.

What you require is an extraction of data for a specific case on a specific game. I forwarded it to CS to handle accordingly however If you could email support directly in future they will be able to resolve this faster for you.

Try to use CM inbox for escalation of situations that you feel are taking too long or not being properly resolved, since frankly, I'm not technically a customer service agent and CM isn't our support line :)

you didnt need to go into so much detail , neither did you need to suggest its taking to long ? you could of just replied to me via casino mesiter as you hadnt replied hence to what i put up there thankyou ! & by the way had your cs solved or pointed me in the right direction on what i had asked for, there would be no reason to contact you via the forum & please dont think im being rude either .

I ventured a guess by your previous two posts that you got offended over having comps offered, so i went through my sent item logs way back to 24th June, during which time you complained on our BBF thread with regards to games lag you've experienced back then.

As everyone else did who posted on that thread with an issue, you were contacted by me for your username, in order for me to organise a complimentary bonus in your account for the trouble. Since we have never communicated baring that one occasion, i take it, the situation of having a compensation offered must have offended you. If that is the case, our apologies for offering it.

the problem is with igor isnt that hes nice or not nice , when cs cant answer a question, then as casino meister member i can mail them from here , my point was cs couldnt help me hence for contacting igor , as per correct so called channels , he didnt reply so i joking put human error:rolleyes:

Costa, many thanks for explaining my position :) I don't feel is needed usually, but sometimes I feel customers need to have a modicum of patience as frankly as desperately we aim to serve - we cannot serve every whim and every desire on the spot, immediately. Some realism and perspective must be employed mrjones, such as:

1) Your request is not a simple one that can instantly be resolved. While available to you at your own leisure to extract (it) by using the system, the information you require needed work and calculation that was not suitable for the communication medium you opted for with us. As such, the reply you received from our Support team is that you cannot be helped RIGHT NOW (at that particular instance), not that you *cannot be helped*.

2) You sent me a message on a Sunday afternoon. I strive to help and many users here can vouch on my weekend responses, but occasionally i also have personal dealings to tend to, and of course - leisure at times :) This is what we work for after all :D i did not act on your issue that same day.

3) By Monday, you commented on my reply to another user and "tongue-in-cheek" asked if the status of my full inbox is human error. Now, moving this into public realm on a forum which scrutinises a business is more counter-productive than productive; for a very simple reason:

users reading that public post do not have any idea as to the nature of the issue (nor should they) - if it was ignored for a day, week, month, or it's severity. Publicly, following a suggestion for improvement, it simply does not add to our credibility which i found wasn't fair toward our efforts and decided to reply likewise, publicly. Please do bear in mind that your message arrived over the weekend and by this point you were pending a total of 6 working hours for your reply.

Defo! I love to watch CL football allthough my team PSV did not qualify.
They lost in the last qualifying stage against AC Milan which isnt a shame offcourse (1-1 and 3-1). ;)

i did indeed send you a e mail on Sunday asking for your help , nowhere along my mail did i state that its was to be sorted quickly as your already aware also i was not pushing it i didnt think you would reply on a sunday either, i had only sent a private mail thats it .

neither should they know what was in a private e mail to you , but still you went ahead & posted it. your 6 hours is also incorrect please dont try to make a player out to be bad when theyve done nothing wrong other than a joke to which you did not like which is the only fair comment you can make here ( im sorry for the joke) but im not sorry for writing on here with what has happened since

couch came today..thanks BetAt

the first was the chaise (which I rather liked) but the dog shredded (grr, but ah, he was a puppy..he even looks guilty in the pic lol)
the second is the new couch, tables etc (ya, the tables are cheap, but theyre good for now and will be become garden furniture come Spring and upgraded, but they work)...]

This is one thing I really enjoy; seeing someone actually using their winnings for something tangible like new furniture. So often people cash out just to blow it somewhere else. A vicarious moment - thanks!

Just wondering when funds become low do you pawn the dog and have a sofa to sit on whilst trying to recoup the losses, or do you stick with the dog that will keep the bailiffs at bay when they come "a" knocking the door?

:thumbsup: I wouldn't know. I'm debt-free, live in a 2 income relationship, and only spend from my entertainment allowance. I have a set play limit and don't chase losses. If I win awesome. If I lose, it's what I intended on losing.

When I moved this most recent time, a key factor was actually the yard for the dogs - as well as the house being flooring, no carpets.

I do remember being loaned or maybe a better word would be subjected to a dog quite a few years ago whilst friends were on holiday, it was a little Jack Russell, horrid little thing, it barked at any noise, refused any food except the meal I was eating and kept giving that look until I gave it half of it.

It chewed my cushions and sofa and urinated over the carpet and did the same over my Satellite box and subsequently trashed it. It howled at 3am in the morning for reasons I will not ever know. It broke off the lead when I took it out for a walk and lead me a merry dance for almost a hour, and when of course I found the brute and was so mad I wanted to smack it (sorry about that) it acted all nice whilst I was screaming at it with as always happens a sudden audience of passes bye.

I swear to God this dog was molting like nothing you could ever imagine, I had hair on the carpet, hair on my clothes, hair in my food, and hair on my hair.

I am still picking barbs of hair out of my clothes to this day.

My friends came back from the holiday and the dog suddenly became the cutest thing in the world, all friendly, polite and all. After it barked for the entire evening before. I somewhat felt played by that dog and when my friends asked if he had been a good boy I answered after a short look at the mutt "Yes, of course".

I am glad that there are laws in the UK that prevent the ownership of guns for reasons that you may suspect I could have acted on. :D

Just a follow-up to my new sofa story.
Got a little something-something in the mail from the BetAt team :thumbsup:

To keep Puck off my NEW couch, Igor and team shipped off Puck his own faux-suede sofa bed and a couple treats to enjoy to boot (and let me tell ya, with 2 vegetarian masters it really WAS a treat for them lol - ain't no meat dinner scraps lying around here).I don't know what that thing is a leg of. The bugger still climbs up on the new couch at night to sleep but is happy to use it during the day, and trust me, he knows it's his - the other comes around, and it's all grr and flump!

Real Money funds are not locked to the bonus funds, so players can withdraw whenever they desire if winnings are derived from real money funds.

I would also like to point out that x60 is for bonus only, whereas you might find elsewhere x30 (d+b) with your deposit funds locked to the bonus. What do you believe is preferable for players?

Once you are logged in and have available funds in your account, you will notice that while hovering above the balance displayed, there is a breakdown of the funds. You can also see your funds while in-game on the top right.

As long as you are making bets from your "real" balance (your deposit and and any winnings) those funds are yours and free to withdraw at any time. There are game weightings as to how much counts towards wagering requirements for the bonus though.

If you lose your deposit and begin playing with bonus funds, you need to complete all the wagering in order to convert the bonus to cash and have it become withdrawable. If you win with bonus funds only, the bonus balance increases, but your wagering is still 60x original bonus. Restrictions on bet size and games apply. For instance, you will find play on progressives is blocked when you only have bonus funds.

There's a little button up top to show/hide your balances, and a bar to show your progress. Makes it really easy to keep track.

Unlike most MG casinos, it's not converted in $10 increments.

Once you've completed all the wagering, the whole bonus amount changes to real, whether you dipped into bonus funds or not.
