So last saturday i got paid and decided id put £150 on betat.eu, The comments were good and from my own experience the customer service is absolutely fantastic, i took up the sign up bonus so got £300 to play with with £9000 wagering requirements, which i knew before the deposit and accepted, Im nervous for 2 reasons.

Firstly, Im terrified after reading these froums the caisno wont pay me out, id like to state ive only ever seen posotive reaction for this casino, but that still doesnt help me as i feel so nervous that somthing has to go wrong as ive been so lucky.

secondly, Im also nervous after seeing people submit documents that are rejected, i have my passport ( british ) driving licence ( british ) the card i used to deposit, even have a crimminal record check letter from the UK goverment showing my address, But after reading that some casinos reject your documents and steal the money im panicking.

And lastly, im doing somthing silly and trying to meet the wagering requirements even tho ive been told from there site i dont need to, i can withdraw if i forfeit the bonus, the money ive won to me means alot, i deposited £150 and my current balence is £1839.19 im so scared i think i should withdraw but im 71% into the wagering it feels like im just thorwing that away comming so far...

I'd say if you play by the rules, and get your documents verified (mine were verified very quickly) and make the WR you should be able to withdraw without any hassle.
This casino is one of the best around currently among with some other casino's.
The support is great and with Igor we have a super great rep on board here.
So I say, what's the worry about buddy!

ive played by there rules, not played over £6,50/spin which is in there T's&C's ive played some roulette but i took the "all round" bonus, it doesnt count towards wagering but i won some on it, I know ive done nothing but play but its just the horror stories that make me very nervous, id just like peoples opinion, if you deposited £150 ( $243.18 ) and had a bankroll of £1865 ( $3023.42 ) would you withdraw even if you had to forfeit £150/$243.18, i just cannot make up my mind!

as i type this just hit 60x on .20p stake, my bankroll is now £1875, i just cannot seem to lose, which is keeping my playing, but should i :S

    Hello Sigothx1,

There is no need to be nervous :)

I'm glad to see that you have a balance of £1839! Congratulations on your wins!

I would like to inform you that if the above mentioned amount are real money funds, then you can immediately request a withdrawal without the need to complete the WR (bonus will be forfeited automatically).

In regards to the documents: This is a normal process that all operators must undertake in order to verify a player. No need to be nervous about it. Simply send in the requested documents and the relevant department will verify them. The process does not take long and then you are good to go.

In general: I would suggest you always read the t&c's and contact live chat with any questions you might have, so you can be sure you are following the rules of each casino.

For any queries or further advice, please do not hesitate to PM me.

    Kind Regards
    Constantine

try to finish loosing a maximum of 150 (value of bonus) if you exceed that then just forfeit (depending on how long you have left), try a low variance slot such as boomanji where you have a better chance to clear the bonus with ~ +/- 0 difference in balance. or try lowrolling on a higher variance slot (like 0.3-0.9), battlestar galactica is a personal favorite ;)

Also you should have no problem withdrawing from betat, given that you´ve followed the terms, they´re one of the accredited casinos which I trust the most (on a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong loosing streak there atm though, lol :p).

    Good luck

As said by everyone else, no need to worry at all with these guys. They are as good as they come.
As for wagering requirement, I would go Break Da Bank Again 27-36 cent bets, and just grind it out. It may seem you're losing at times, but it always gives it back. With a bit of luck you'll get a great hit on it, and go real happy ;) You can always forfeit the bonus, should you start losing bad, so the worst scenario is that you'll end up withdrawing what you have now - the amount of the bonus.

    Good luck ;)

How much experience do you have of online gaming? Did you play before you joined CM? I ask because you seem to have not experienced the withdrawal process yet. IF you won that money before you dipped into any of your bonus balance (i.e. have not touched the lower half of your deposit+bonus) then you can withdraw all your balance except the deposit match bonus. I'd recommend you do that. I just get the feeling there's something else coming here...

Well I learn more each day; I never thought a criminal record would be okay to verify identity. I do admit I rode a cycle when I was 12 years of age in the dark and a police officer gave me a warning. I should have asked for the paperwork.

Maybe I could be submit a copy of an email I sent last Christmas while being completely “off my face” drunk to a friend saying I liked a song from the band “One Direction” Disclaimer I am sure the band don’t endorse excessive use of alcohol while you listen to their music, but I would suggest it was a factor and did indeed help with the process.

I thought about running over a cat in the car this evening but apparently you can do this in the UK with no issues, you can just sling the unfortunate animal in the hedgerow to the side with no problems, I did a search and found if you hit a dog you have to report it either wise it becomes a criminal offence.

It’s a funny old thing crime, it is almost like reading the terms and conditions of a Casino, you can never be sure what is right until you know the little vagaries. :)

Just cannot put into words how good this casino is being to me, balence currently at £2150 im @ 74% of the WR and almost shaking psyically at the amount ive won, im low betting a slot now im hoping for 80% of the WR tonight before i sleep, Im so very close now, but somthing in my head is telling me to withdraw over 2 thousand pounds, my greed is showing i feel, and i know the site is awsome, the CS is ridiculously fantastic, but this is a once in a lifetime thing for me, the most ive ever won on a site, so i feel somthing has to go wrong!

Set a lower limit for yourself, say 1900. If you get down to that, withdraw; if you stay above it, keep playing.

Also, it's worth noting that the problems people have that you read on here represent only a tiny fraction of all the play that goes on. I think in the majority of them we find out later that most of them were involved in some nefarious deeds. Scan your documents properly and then submit them right away and you should have no problem.

im sorry for all for not claifiying things, ive played some poker in my time but id consider myself a newbie in terms of online sloting, to andy walker, It was a "crimminal record CHECK" i had to do this for a new job as i work for the goverment, sorry if this wasnt clear i assure you ive never been in trouble! @ dunover, i dont have a vast experience of slot related online gamgling, ive only done this a few times and most times ive always been told that until you hit the wagering requirement, you have to keep playing, so it was a breath of fresh air when i found out i can litreally walk away with my winnings at betat.eu. @bigjohn belive me ive thought of this, my bankroll is currently, £2140 as i type this, buty im also 76% into the wagering, i almost feel like im "giving away" the £150 bonus at this point, knwoing it may cost me substantially to hit it, as 24% is still £2250 to wager, but i cannot fault this site in my decision everyday ive played and won, but surely it will turn!!! Im going to try and hit 80% tonight and sleep on it, see how i feel in the morning.

No need to be nervous. Most of us already had wins like that and we're fine :)
If you don't go below £1875 (which is when you pondered withdrawing for the first time) then you are a winner no matter what :)

Heya, Just came across the thread. Sig, really happy for you, it's a great feeling - a prolonged lucky streak! i checked your game-play just now and frankly i'm amazed how well you've done :) That's one hell of a session!

Whatever you decide (go for bonnie or not) don't be concerned about the WD. Just make sure your docs are submitted, it takes a little time to check them and doing it before the WD puts your mind at ease and gets you the money faster :)

    Well done!

Thanks igor, firstly let me start off saying ive spoken on live chat to one of your live support representatives called "daniel" these past 2 nights, and he has been an absolute credit to your casino, Polite, friendly and informative, i do hope if possible you can give him my thanks, i did ask him if there was a way i could send a donation to him + his team which he politely refused but even still, i seriously cannot express the cusomer service ive reicived.

as things stand, ive made the 80% i was hoping for tonight on the wagering requirements, and am sat with a £2301.49 bankroll, and even going to sleep tonight am thinking should i withdraw, tommorw if a new day tho, and well see what happens. tommorw is also the day ill send in my documents, which ive been assured will be processed on what i suggested, heres hoping the dream run will continue, and you have my tanks 1000x!

Sent in my passport/driving licence/letter with address/card i used to deposit in 2 scans with a piece of paper stating my username problem was i had to scan these at a libary as i dont have a scanner and instead of putting my username on betat which is Sigoth, i used the one i have here, Sigothx1, i did include in the email the explanation of this and i hope it wont be a problem!

Funny story aswell, im now 82% into the wagering and was about to take a shower, i had "the finer reels of life" on autoplay @ 30p/spin, wasnt having a good morning really, to get 2% into the wagering cost me about £50-£60 but im determined to atleast try and make it.

    then this happend!
