just our of curiosity, what drops it below the 9 mark when under the review, there are no cons? (example, say vs 32Red*, with no weekend cash-outs)

* yeah, I know 32red has been around longer and therefore has a reputation, just curious where BetAt lost marks

I am pretty neutral on the accreditation, good luck to them but I won’t be depositing.

I understand using this platform is a great way to get coverage and be understood with explanations of their set up and rules, but I drew a line in the sand when I received a private message to “comp”.

I have a mind-set that private messages should be of a personal and friendly nature and in no way business oriented.

Perhaps my fickle mind.

I can't comment on another player's pm as I've no understanding of said message
that being said, I've received pms from Igor, business related, and I've really appreciated them. During the BoF process, Igor seemed to me, genuinely interested in members' feedback on a lot of issues and took a lot of positive and harsh criticism in good stride. Not saying, obviously, he implemented any or all suggestions, but I liked that he really seemed to care about player's concerns, asked opinions, provided otherwise 'guarded casino inner-workings' answers, and loved the banter. I haven't yet come across a rep interested in player's opinions to this degree as opposed to say, feeling all decision making processes were internal and behind closed doors - the opposite really, Igor really seems to make the whole online casino-player relationship as transparent as he's probably allowed.

Anyway, WTG again guys. This Bof process has been my favourite yet.

It is because of Jurisdiction: Malta is lower placed ;)

I completely agree. You said that much better than I could though :thumbsup: I know when I had an issue with Skrill I found Igor not only extremely helpful but very easy to talk with and down to earth.

Igor can you please do two things: Add a bonus/promotions tab to the casino available on mobile devices and possibly if you can... More games? ;) I only play on my nexus.

I'll do a celabatory deposit soon :)

we're doing a tablet version of the site that will have more features - will try and add mobile version of the promo page though, good idea :)

is anybody having any problems with the dark night rises at the moment i am trying it out on demo mode at the moment i have got free spins got half way down my free spins but now the reels are spinning for at least 5 mins between each stop now:what:
