hello.

just wanna share with yall my trobles about betamo casino, i won a big win a couple of days ago.

around 28.000 euros, and like 2 weeks ago i won around 10.000 euros and that was no problem to get out to my bank account as just as i did under the casinos withdraws limits that was 4k euros a day and 10k euros a week and 40k euros a month.

but now when i won 28.000 euros in a big bonus game, they just dont rrply my emails, say that my withdraws are under investigation, they cant give me any information about why im under investigation or anything, they just tell me that they will contact me when they have more information!

i have contacted the MGA, the pogg and some other places to get help, can they really do like this?

i have no affiliated account or any bonuses or nothing!

i hav put in alot of money and takin out some, but now they just dont give it to me!

is this possible?

Would wait for little while and if they refuse to pay your winnings, then start to contact different instances for complaint. Yet they haven't done much wrong?

im thinking why it would take so long time now when the big win is in my account? befor when my saldo wasent this big, the cashout and withdraws took like maximum 2 hours? but now all of a sudden it takes 5 days without even giving me any information? i think they are handeling it wrong, yes! they have an investigation against my account and withdraw, but cant give me any good information about why!

its so clear they just want it to take tome so i will gamble more!

the cash out now isent bigger then before, its in there limits and are like 4k and 2.5 k euros like before! so no big 20k euro cashout.

i just think its weird!

So you have put in a lot of money over the past 2 weeks and have won almost £40,000 euro's in 2 seperate withdrawals. Lets be honest, they are probably looking into Money Laundering. Why do you gamble in Malta, because my Brother lives there and works on Casinos - they could see that as emphasising their concerns.

My brothers name isent The same as mine and he dosent even live there anymore. And he worked on a swedish casino. I won 30k in one game and trying to take it out in small amout.

I certainly wasn't accusing you of laundering - merely stating that could be why they are checking. The fact is that money launderers don't expect to win on slots. When you are laundering money you take the loss in order to turn dirty money into clean money.

My money just goes clean out of my pockets
