I regular use 365 for my sports betting, and recently virtuals. I have deposit limits on my account of £50 a day, and have restrictions on Casino / Poker / Slots. I have had a few sessions from my football betting and the odd virtual darts betting where I have gotten my account to £400 odd pound, and yeah as daft as it is - I lumped the lot on a 1 v 1 virtual darts match, at odds of 8-13 or the likes, so heavy favourites - and EVERY TIME, ive lost. It seems as if you stake over a particular amount on the Virtual Darts, it feels rigged. Ive done this 6 times now, and each time - ive LOST. I can handle losing, fine, but tonight it just felt utterly rigged. So I decided enough of the virtuals, im gonna get them removed from my account. I use the online chat, and the chat operative then SUSPENDED my account, and told me ive got to ring this telephone number.... of which I did. I told the chat operative that im not happy, I want the virtuals taking of my account because it feels rigged. Im speaking to the phone operative, and she puts me onto a supervisor. He told me that they are closing my account with immediate effect, because of my request to have virtual sports removed. IF I wanted my account to be closed, id have ASKED for it to be closed. IF I wanted restrictions putting in place, id have ASKED. If I wanted deposit limits raising, ID HAVE ASKED.

Instead, because they didnt like the fact that I accused them of having a rigged game, they have closed my account with immediate effect. I am shocked that they have done this !!!

Bet365 are generally tip top. I’ve added new cards withdrawn £1200 in the last 6 months and not once have they asked me for any documents or ID.

Plus their withdrawal times are unrivalled. I got that £1200 in my bank account in 9 minutes.

The purpose was pretty simple really.... they didnt like negative opinions being stated to them - so they decided to cut their ties with someone who staked over £2k a month in bets , because they challenged them on something that seemed rigged. No defence was given by them ie its all RNG based etc, just suspended the account - which in my opinion was very naughty.

While I totally understand wanting to get certain types of games blocked, contacting the casino about it will almost certainly ring "gambling problem" bells.

If you think a game or games are rigged and basically robbing you, but yet you don't have the will-power to not play them, what does that say?

They probably get 100's of cranks a day spouting rigged games on chat.

These people are normally addicts who have lost more than they can afford, hence the outburst.

You fit into that demographic and your account was terminated forthwith.

They care not about your paltry 2k a month deposits, negative opinion and certainly would not waste their time defending something that is just in your head.

I can almost guarantee that they closed it through responsible gambling concerns.
Plus, if I had a casino and someone accused me of having rigged games, I would close your account too. Why would you want to play somewhere you believe are ripping you off anyway?

Money is most certainly not an issue - Gaz, as much as I appreciate your opinion - I do feel that it is a little on the harsh side. It could well be inside my head with regards to thinking it would be rigged, but surely if someone came up with a complaint as such, they would be given some kind of explanation rather than just "how dare you accuse us of being rigged, YOUR BARRED!".

A £50 deposit a day limit - goes to show that I am a responsible gambler, as I wont go over that limit. I enjoy gambling, I win, I lose - however I enjoy the buzz and thrill of accumulators and the like. The point im making, is that when ive built a balance through bets ive won, and then play a high stakes game where odds are say 8/13 for one player (making it heavy favourite), and the other player being 7/4, its happened 6 times now where ive staked over £400 on the 8/13. A couple of times for it to lose, you could say unlucky. 6 times - at the SAME ODDS, and its lost 6 times, it screams something not right to me.

Again - 365, on the majority has been decent - and I have never had an issue until this pattern I spotted, and got barred for addressing it.

So you believe the games are rigged and still do.

What do you feel they should of said to your accusation?. An accusation they probably get daily.

Why would they waste employees time trying to convince a gambler of why he lost. Why would a gambler not be able to understand losses in the first place?.

Casinos are only there to make money for the casino, your meant to lose.

Another thing, why oh why are you betting on Virtual darts, or anything virtual?.

I doubt your claims of a rigged game comes into it. They'd get that often.

Just my opinion, but you already have deposit limits in place, exclusion on 3 channels, place do or die bets at 8 times your deposit limit and you're now asking them to exclude this channel too.

Has to point to being a problem gambler I'm afraid. They have no other choice than to 'protect' you. Hence closing your account.

Just to add beting on darts. " I lumped the lot on a 1 v 1 virtual darts match, at odds of 8-13 or the likes, so heavy favourites"

8/13 is by no means close to an heavy favourite, considering theres only two possible results, sometimes both both players can be odds on. 9/10 each and 5/6 each are quite common

@SnakeFood Virtual is just like buying a scratchcard, At least with the real thing you have a better chance.

SnakeFood - no need to apologise, its all good healthy conversation and relevant! Some virtual sports are actually decent pay out - Ive won well on Virtual Dogs, and Horses. I just find it hard to beleive that 6 x games, all at 8/13 odds losing, is just too much of a coincidence - without any hardcore evidence obviously I have no proof.

Regarding the 8 x original deposit - I am a gambler yes, however I enjoy doing it, and dont go out of my means. Yes I staked high stakes, and also yes I already have limitations on the account, just dont agree with what they have done.

Again, I respects everyones opinion, and just wanted to know what others thought.

Totally correct to close the OP’s account.

they clear saw red flags and acted upon them, yeah not ideal but they have the right all day long.

just go to another big bookie, there’s tons mate.

I'm sure the virtual games are fair. No reason not to be. Sounds like horrific bad luck. (Been there before!).

I completely understand your position though. Self management is exactly that. Unfortunately, today, you're likely to be flagged as a problem gambler for using the said tools etc.
