Sorry for my delayed reply.
Regarding the issue with our credit card restrictions I have to inform you, that they are technically determined from our IT department. But we made this decision conscious to comply with our rules. I totally understand your anger about it but unfortunately we are not able to change them at the moment.
The reason why you can only withdraw to your credit card (with which you did your first deposit) after 10 am the following day is, that we have to register the card within our system that the card is available for withdrawal. This happens once a day at 10 am.

Hi yes not angry but more unnecessary frustration , the deposit was made on friday , you say as per your quote above the 10am rule , ok so i still couldn't do that either & i had the same on sunday again same thing so that makes it 48 hours , i have not logged in since to find out if now my details are available but got it sorted via another method & live chat was pretty helpful , had i not had my neteller account im taking it the withdrawal would of been done today .
Just a heads up for you as per BBF that players don't like this sort of thing ,im suggesting this should be looked into , even with me sending in ID docs & things it didn't feel to good to being told i cannot make a withdrawal at all , via my card , also wasnt happy about the roulette bet either to which i have a screen shot of which the casino has not paid out stating that the bet was late or along those lines , although i had plenty of time to make the bet & did.
