OK so last update tonight. Just got onto Live Chat and they explained that they're having issues with Ukash for certain currencies and they're working on it. The support agent was very sympathetic and kind. He even gave me a free $10 for all the hassle. Once again top notch service from you guys. Can't wait to be able to deposit lol

Ukash on CAD and AUD currencies has been down since we launched it. WE cannot fix it as its on the payment gateway end. Last update we have is a promise that it will be fixed by next Tuesday :/ For now we wait... other methods are fine though, you mentioned Skrill? That's a viable option until next week.
 
Mighty peculiar... can't do a skrill transaction. Keeps saying wrong security number yet the numbers are as clear as day :what:
 
Well I don't get it. Still having issues with depositing via skrill. Sent off and email to betat support as well as my ID docs so hopefully it will be resolved soon. Damn tis my day off ie no one around so total peace and quiet. Was looking forward to playing!

I am just reading the correspondence you had with our CS agents.

I do not really see a security issue here to be honest.

The email you presented here is a response to an email you sent.(it should be better structured, i have to agree to that). But there are no account details or anything that could be a security issue. I would appreciate if you can clarify what is the security issue that you are concerned about.

Can you elaborate further please as I cannot see any such thing in the correspondence between CS and yourself.

I would also like to clarify that "by my own admission" as you put it, has not occurred anywhere.

In regards to your Skrill deposit. We have checked everything we can from our side and there does not seem to be a problem. We have also sent Skrill an email to further investigate. Once we receive a reply we will contact you straight away.

:) Nobody accused you of being a fraudster :)

FYI: I have also noticed that CS dropped a 10 free bonus for the inconvenience this issue may have caused and which is still untouched.

If I remember correct they asked you to talk to Skrill since the problem came from their side and not from the casino?
They don't ignore people so they probably assumed you were taken the question to the right place.
 
The prob wasn't with skrill ... all done and dusted with another casino or 2

and i still have yet to have a personal response to my email!!!
 
Dandan, casino manager isn't working today unfortunately since it's Saturday. CS is in the office however and you can reach them bia chat. Skill replied to us that you inserted a security code that was erroneous which is why your deposit failed. If it wasn't the case and you are certain if it, you need to check with skrill. I'm sorry we can't help you on our end - we already contacted skrill and recieved their reply when we answered you and we do get successfull skrill deposits. If you'd like I'll try to investigate further personally on Monday and ill ask my team to forward you any replies we may receive. Thank you & I hope you enjoy your weekend!

I'm all for honest review and scrutiny but please refrain from dishonest comments. Not only were you replied to with regards to your 'issue' but Constantine answered you on the thread itself also, and awarded you a bonus which you replied to with thanks and went on to utilize.

Made yesterday my first cashout of 400$ . (I'm already verified with all docs).

The 4 hours cashout doesn't work always as i had to see.

Waiting now for 10 hours.....

still waiting on mine from yesterday too (also verified)...as long as it falls under 24 hours, im happy - that seems to be the mark of speedy WDs these days
 
Yeah, i'm usually fine with under 24h. BUT: If a casinos use it as a marketing thing to tell everyone that they pay under 4 hours (It's also pointed out on the front page of the casino sometimes) i expect that.

Redbet and Guts also claim to pay out really fast, but they also do ALL THE TIME, and they don't even say in xyz hours, they just say we pay asap. So when there's a casinos that claims to pay in 4 hours, even 10 hours is a no go. Especially for a member who is fully verified with the withdrawal method. If they can not pay 99% of verified withdrawals in 4 hours, they shouldn't use this as a marketing line. Just my opinion.

Yes, me too... Just checked the website again, can't finde anywhere something about "4 hours" anymore. On the Knowledgebase it says "up to 24 hours". So i guess that was more of a marketing gag in the beginning to get a lot of players ;) But it's ok as i can see they're not advertising 4 hours withdrawals anymore... Let's see when i get the money...:)
