Yeah, there seems to be some delay. I'm also waiting for a withdrawal from last night.

Is there an issue with payouts?
Requested a Skrill withdrawal last night and every other withdrawal was processed within a couple of hours.
This one still not has arrived and that is weird as they are normally fast with payouts.
Spoke to a guy on chat this afternoon and he told me there were a few minor issues ongoing but that I should have my funds in a few hours.

This thing happens quite a lot and with big organisations too, the biggest browser that pin points this out with speed is Firefox, IE doesn't care if you obtained a piece of paper from a trash can and chrome to some extent too.

If you trust the source then you have to trust their side.

With reasons I won't go into the verified and https certified are akin to being awarded a 50 metre swimming badge of late.

The security certification that dropped on bet-at.eu over the weekend was due to a swap over to 12 new localised domains (only will only see a few live). Going forward www.bet-at.eu will redirect to:

betat.pt > Portugal and Portuguese speaking nations. Primary currency: EUR
betat.co.uk > UK, Scotland. Primary Currency: GBP
betat.ca > Canada. Primary Currency CAD
betat.gr > Greece/Cyprus. Primary Currency EUR

Odd, I have to say their conversion rates are usually spot on. I use XE too, Say im withdrawing $100...

With other casinos, only about £60 or less will hit the bank...

Money paid by bet-at was £340.88. I guess the rate was slightly higher that day. Even at dare I say it... 32 red. I had problems with low payouts compared to conversion rates. That £339 would of easily been £298 there. Whatever payment processor bet-at use... theyre doing a bloody good job.

Lol it's out of necessity: our current provider does not pay out in native currency (soon to change) so we convert the WD in EUR, add % to ensure if anything is lost it's compensated and push out manually higher figure. Very rarely WD will come less than stipulated amount, if ever - we make sure of that.

It's costly for us for the time being, but we're working on matching WD values at native currency value.

You'll have the option to switch it on/off (balance) with next update. We update the balances from our own systems and sometimes they update faster than the animation finishes

i PM'd you also. In there it explains how average achievement bet is calculated. For general knowledge:

Total real money wagered / total number of spins (bonus+real) = Average achievement bet. This means that bonus money in play will decrease your average bet and decrease your reward tier.

I cant we fine-tuned our system so well that while there is no lag (it's near download speeds) the balance ping gets updated almost instantly. i cant control how long the animation will last as that is due to MGS and i have no way of measuring that. What i can do is update our balance every 10-20 sec or so which again, will have people complaining that they thought they had more money than actually or whatever...

Best i can think of which I'm implementing is to give the user ability to switch the balance on or off up top and choose to only have in-game credits ? that would work me thinks...
